I like that they don't call me every week trying to upgrade and upcharge my policy like my former auto insurance company did. The location is great and parking is easy, in fact I have just walked over a few times to pay my premium. I had four quotes from different auto insurance companies and Allstate was the least expensive and the best location for me. The only thing I would change is the feel of the office and make it seem like they want to stay awhile ,at first impression I walked in and it looked like they just moved in yesterday, but they have been at this location for quite a few years. Roger Elton has been my insurance agent for about 15 years. I think Country Financial is a great…read morecompany, but the main reason I am still with them is Roger. He is not pushy and provides the details that I need to make decisions. I always contact him and get insurance rates on prospective automobiles prior to purchase. Yes, he has to provide multiple quotes, but this helps me decide what car to purchase (similar cars can be $40 a month difference in premium). I also do the same when purchasing a home or investment property. I seem to think about my insurance needs during the weekends and nights & he ALWAYS calls me back the next business afternoon (I am not a morning person)...I am glad because I often forget that I had questions and he is ready to answer them. Yes, I may be a little more "high maintenance" than most insurance customers, but he has more than "earned" my business and I am glad to have a great agent to turn to. Oh, I have had an auto claim (totaled car), a house claim (tree fell on my own home) & various glass/towing claims too. Before saying I am unlucky (I may be), remember I have been with Country for a LONG time. I have always been satisfied with the claims process & Roger even follows up with these. Many agents distance themselves during this time, but not him.
