He is not pushy and provides the details that I need to make decisions. I always contact him and get insurance rates on prospective automobiles prior to purchase. Yes, he has to provide multiple quotes, but this helps me decide what car to purchase (similar cars can be $40 a month difference in premium). I also do the same when purchasing a home or investment property. I seem to think about my insurance needs during the weekends and nights & he ALWAYS calls me back the next business afternoon (I am not a morning person)...I am glad because I often forget that I had questions and he is ready to answer them. Yes, I may be a little more "high maintenance" than most insurance customers, but he has more than "earned" my business and I am glad to have a great agent to turn to. Oh, I have had an auto claim (totaled car), a house claim (tree fell on my own home) & various glass/towing claims too.
