The woman was giving nothing but attitude and you could tell neither one wanted to help us. The man told us it would be a minute with an attitude and they both rolled their eyes at us when we both said we only needed an oil change. They both closed the door on us so we both just left because honestly it was the worst service I've ever been given and I've been a returning customer for years at multiple location. Sorry some of us work and don't get off early enough to be there by 4pm but how I was treated was uncalled for and nobody deserves to be treated that way. If you don't like your job go find a different one.

Then the owner gave me a great referral to another very honest shop. Anytime an estimate has ended up being higher is when other issues were discovered during the repair. That's normal and expected, and no way possible to anticipate and estimate over the phone. I question the brake line review as I was a boy once and I raised three of them... I'm guessing there may have been a bit of a communication breakdown somewhere and I suspect it was between his ears. I'm guessing it was more an issue of him not understanding everything. My recommendation is: a) bring your problem to Brian, b) have him look at it, diagnose it, and then give you repair options/prices, c) have him fix it.

I bought 4 new wheels and I made the mistake of not checking the new wheels before they were…read moremounted. A month or so had gone by when I got under my vehicle for the first time and noticed major, deep scratches on the inside of one of the new wheels. There's NO WAY that I damaged it and I could only assume that since I had to return twice within the first month with 2 ISSUES already, ( Center cap screw was missing and a bad wheel balance ) I was betting they would say I was at fault. Funny thing is, I really like the wheels and there are 2 people that work the front counter who had excellent Customer Service skills but it doesn't change the fact that the new wheels shouldn't have been mounted in the first place. I was very disappointed. I just spent money on damaged wheels and poor service from the kids in the shop. I really love writing 5 star reviews but this gets two.
