Last item they tailored was done incorrectly, pants were hemmed easy to short and couldn't be fixed. Recently we dropped off mens dress shirts and the woman created a ticket under the wrong number and name. When we called our her error she rolled her eyes and huffed as she fixed it in their system but wasn't planning to provide a new ticket. When we asked she again acted annoyed - we asked for her to return the shirts and we left. Will never return to this place.

Went back today and was told it was still not ready. Told her I wanted it back. She said she could not give it to me. When I insisted she came back and told me she could not find it. After 1/2 an hour it was found. Then I was told it still had to be pressed could I come back later. I told her I would wait and wanted it done then. They did it. Now when I went to pay, I was told $2 more then I was told on Saturday. What I was told on Saturday was just an estimate. It's not worth dealing with them.

The woman sales clerk told me that there is nothing they can do about it, because I picked them up more than 48 hours ago!
