This place isn't really a restaurant. The German-American Central Society runs this dinner. It is only on Fridays, and dinner is served from 5-8. The bar is open until midnight. You pay for a ticket (cash or check), take it up to the window, and can choose from a selection of two entrees and a few sides. Usually one of those is a schnitzel. There's water, or you can get a German beer or wine from the bar. The food had its ups and its downs. Very canned corn and vegetables. Cafeteria-style mashed potatoes. But the chicken schnitzel was as good as any I had in Austria, and the brats were alright also. I wouldn't come here for the food, though. I'd come for the very friendly crowd who got friendlier the more they drank, and the woman who provided some great atmosphere with her accordion playing. This isn't someplace that I'd come every Friday for even *more* schnitzel, but it's definitely a fun place to try once.

Delicious food and beer on Fridays!

I am unsure if they actually see that on their end but the table they gave us was very romantic. We immediately noticed it and appreciated that small detail! We loved this as a date spot! The staff were all so extremely nice. The server we had was so friendly! He was smiley, joking with us and gave us great recommendations based on the palate of food we told him we liked. All the dishes we got MELTED in our mouths. The plating was beautiful and the portions (specifically for the Eggplant Curry) were very big! We couldn't finish it all and took basically 40% of everything home in boxes. Speaking of, our wonderful server offered to box our stuff for us and did a very professional job. The overall look of the place inside is very intimate and low light with blacked out walls, plush booths and metal accents. There was various different types of groups there too; big and small! People were drinking and eating with their families, coworkers, friend, groups, and dates! We only ate and didnt drink anything since I forgot my ID at home...but id imagine the drinks were also good. We would definitely eat here againn

The decor and the atmosphere was a hit. So, why am I giving them a two. Why? I Haven't heard anything back from the owner concerning my deposit.? I don't care if she keeps the deposit. Just tell me why. If she gives a portion back, fine. If she gives all of it back, Great. Just answer me. I was told my deposit would be given back to me in 7 business days. Today is October 1. I had my mother's celebration on the 10th of September. I dislike that it is this way. I am disappointed. The owner has a gift in decorating, I wish they would respond to me. Someone else may have a different experience and I actually hope they do.

Attended a Saturday evening event recently at this studio. I arrived after 8pm and as I approached…read morethe entrance, I could see a huge floor fan near the entrance door. I knew then that there was a high possibility that there was no cold air in that small space. I walked in and the room it felt like it was over 80 degrees inside, I think outside was cooler than the went space. People were using plates to fan themselves and there were additional fans near the front of the room. Now if it wasn't for the beautiful decorations by Dazzling Ballon Decor and the wonderful guest and people at the event, it would have been extremely difficult to not focus solely on the extreme heat. They really made the best of a bad situation. I visited the Facebook page of Timeless Events Social Studio to see if there were photos from the event and the owner of this business is coming off real messy. The most recent post blamed the guest and decorators for the air conditioning unit malfunction saying they added new batteries to the thermostat and kept opening the door. Let's disregard the fact that that's not how air conditioners work. And... how are you supposed to bring your stuff in if not through the door? The owner admitted in the post that she was the one adjusting the air conditioning unit several times while the Saturday event was being decorated. The post also mentioned that the air conditioning was working just fine for the Sunday event scheduled the very next day. So...maybe those batteries worked? Either way... sounds like it's not broke. The post included photos of a thermostat with a handwritten sign saying, " Do Not Touch"; a photo of a new lock for the thermostat; a photo showing said lock installed over the thermostat; a photo of a shopping cart with a "Please Keep Door Sign" in it and then a photo of that same signed fixed to the studio door. All after the fact... The day before that post, the business owner thanked the guest and party goers for "being kind, understanding and encouraging" during the ac malfunction and how the owner will consider their advice on some backup plans. So, you got FREE advice from a person that PAID to use YOUR space, used footage from that same party to PROMOTE your business and then turned around and made a messy Facebook post. I guess if you want to sit in a small hot room with no windows on a 85+ degree sunny day with the thermostat on lock down and an air conditioning unit that may or may not work. Combined with the expectation that you keep the door closed at all times (you can worry about getting room decor and food in without opening the door) then yes, this is the place for you.

They were able to get a big booth for us and we were all able to scoot around and have dinner as a family. She was really careful about my baby and I allergies and we were able to eat what we wanted without getting sick. My only criticism would be instead of putting seasoned rice on the menu put seasoned rice with peppers because not everyone likes red peppers and it was difficult to interpret what seasoned meant... I assumed it was seasoning powder. I could have probably asked her to get me a different side, but I didn't wanna cause a fuss and I was fine with what I had. I do believe they forgot my broccoli. I was so thankful that they provided accommodations for our allergies. It was such a great experience even though it's a few little snafus!

It was fresh with sweet grapes, juicy tangerines, strawberries, pecans, and a tasty vinaigrette dressing. I highly recommend it! The not so good news is that my boneless 12oz ribeye was mediocre at best ($27.00+). It had good seasoning and was cooked the way I had asked for, but the meat was tough and had some gristle. The sweet potato was good. Our waitress was pleasant and efficient, and it's a laid back and comfortable atmosphere. My one draft beer was $7.29. The salad is the real winner here.
