We came here to visit family and it was honestly the best experience ever our waitress was amazing and about 14 different ways. They were able to get a big booth for us and we were all able to scoot around and have dinner as a family. She was really careful about my baby and I allergies and we were able to eat what we wanted without getting sick. My only criticism would be instead of putting seasoned rice on the menu put seasoned rice with peppers because not everyone likes red peppers and it was difficult to interpret what seasoned meant... I assumed it was seasoning powder. I could have probably asked her to get me a different side, but I didn't wanna cause a fuss and I was fine with what I had. I do believe they forgot my broccoli. Came here for New Year's....and was a little disappointed. Made a reservation and still ended up waiting over 20 minutes, then got sat in the bar area next to where all the waiters come in and out. There was also a very slick spot on the floor in front of our table that everyone walking by kept sliding on. We thought for sure someone would fall while we were there. Our waitress was also apparently one of the bartenders. Every time she left our table, so was gone for 20-30 minutes. I was facing the kitchen area and could see our waitress back there, making drinks and such....but she barely could get out to check on us. When our salads came out, it was a little odd, but the salad bowls were warm. Usually salads come out in chilled bowls, even room temp would have been ok, but these were warm, like they'd been sitting near a heat lamp or hot surface for awhile. After getting our food, I asked for some steak sauce.....20 minutes later, my family has practically finished their food and I still haven't started eating because I'm waiting on the sauce. We ended up flagging down another waitress to get it, but my food was cold by then. I only ate about half of it. We would have taken a to go box, but didn't want to wait another 30 minutes for one. Also, at some point, she went to get me another lemonade, and again was gone for ages. She ended up coming back and saying they were out of lemonade, so I just asked for water. She ordered the Renegade Sirloin with the parm crust and I order the ribeye, both medium well. When our steaks came out they forgot the parm crust so we sent the sirloin back to the kitchen. I cut into my ribeye and noticed it was cooked medium at best. I don't mind medium but obviously I would have liked it closer to medium well. When my wife's sirloin came back from the kitchen, she cut into it to discover it wasn't even close to being rare. The inside of her sirloin looked like the meat section at a Walmart. It looked like they seared both sides and sent it out. It wasn't rare, it was raw. Our server was super nice and we ended up getting it comped and we shared my ribeye. It is a bit difficult to rate our most recent experience. Our waitress was very nice and did her best to take care of us promptly. I ordered the parmesan crusted chicken, which was very good, but parts of it were very salty. I agree with another reviewer - it is different than how other locations serve it, but I found that it reheated very nicely with that extra bit of alfredo or whatever they put on it. My husband ordered a ribeye which was not very robust for the price, and it was well done. He wasn't about to send it back for a rarer steak after waiting that long. Luckily it was ok but getting out of booths can sometimes be difficult for older people. if someone, including the manager, had simply explained that they don't have many tables and it takes longer we would've gone ahead and gotten a booth, but instead of making a bad situation better by talking to us with kindness and concern, the manager was simply kind of bitchy.... and if it's not gonna be 10 minutes or even 15 minutes, don't tell me it will and then don't act all high and mighty when I say I've been waiting 25 minutes. We ordered our food, and there was a small glitch with getting my husband's steak, so they kindly comped us the appetizer. All the food was excellent- especially the steak!
