ARE YOU SERIOUS?! That's the SAME room we stayed in! We were literally sitting in that nasty old crusty jacuzzi like it was nothing. It wasn't even remodeled or replaced. So you're telling me two people died in that tub, they bodies were found soaking in there, and y'all just cleaned it up and rented the room back out like nothing ever happened? Ain't no way. I don't even care if they bleached that thing a thousand times. The thought alone got me sick to my stomach. I'm sitting here replaying it in my head and getting goosebumps. I would've NEVER gotten in that jacuzzi if I knew what happened in that room. Isn't there some kind of law where you gotta tell people somebody died in the room? Or at least remodel the place or rip that old jacuzzi out! Instead it's the same busted, ancient tub looking like it's been there since the '80s. I'm dead serious... I don't think I'm sleeping for a month after finding this out. This whole place creeped me out before I knew the story, and now it all makes sense. Never again. When we checked in showed the receptionist the service animal card and everything was fine. Around 4am my fiance and I had went to smoke a cigarette in the truck. When I walked out of the room I saw the woman staring at us in the window I had a feeling that something was gonna happen and for sure she just takes it upon herself to go in our room. Which my dog was still there and scared her. After that she was trying to get us to leave with only 50 dollars saying we never notified anyone about the dog. Or pay an extra 50 dollars for dog. She also tried to trick me to leave room so she can deactivate key card but luckily because the air conditioner was not working i left window open and was able to get in. Rm 102.We called the police and they agreed she either needs to give us full refund or let us finish out stay. She was not happy about it because she thought she was right. But I had all legal documentation for my dog. All in all you have no right to go in someones room or deny anyone for service animal unless they are be destructive or disturbing someone. She is crazy and stay away to avoid any drama if you want to have a nice night with your man or woman. She really had nothing better to do than to mess with us. The girl I was staying with felt uncomfortable because the place was dirty so I asked for the money back so I can go else where but the attendant refused to give me my money back and said the only option was for me to choose a new room .... no courtesy or complimentary treatment, no nothing!
