ARE YOU SERIOUS?! That's the SAME room we stayed in! We were literally sitting in that nasty old crusty jacuzzi like it was nothing. It wasn't even remodeled or replaced. So you're telling me two people died in that tub, they bodies were found soaking in there, and y'all just cleaned it up and rented the room back out like nothing ever happened? Ain't no way. I don't even care if they bleached that thing a thousand times. The thought alone got me sick to my stomach. I'm sitting here replaying it in my head and getting goosebumps. I would've NEVER gotten in that jacuzzi if I knew what happened in that room. Isn't there some kind of law where you gotta tell people somebody died in the room? Or at least remodel the place or rip that old jacuzzi out! Instead it's the same busted, ancient tub looking like it's been there since the '80s. I'm dead serious... I don't think I'm sleeping for a month after finding this out. This whole place creeped me out before I knew the story, and now it all makes sense. Never again. One of the most disturbing motel experiences l've ever had. One star is being generous.

When we checked in showed the receptionist the service animal card and everything was fine. Around 4am my fiance and I had went to smoke a cigarette in the truck. When I walked out of the room I saw the woman staring at us in the window I had a feeling that something was gonna happen and for sure she just takes it upon herself to go in our room. Which my dog was still there and scared her. After that she was trying to get us to leave with only 50 dollars saying we never notified anyone about the dog. Or pay an extra 50 dollars for dog. She also tried to trick me to leave room so she can deactivate key card but luckily because the air conditioner was not working i left window open and was able to get in. Rm 102.We called the police and they agreed she either needs to give us full refund or let us finish out stay. She was not happy about it because she thought she was right. But I had all legal documentation for my dog. All in all you have no right to go in someones room or deny anyone for service animal unless they are be destructive or disturbing someone. She is crazy and stay away to avoid any drama if you want to have a nice night with your man or woman. She really had nothing better to do than to mess with us. Plus a vase of exotic flowers was present, ta add more dimension and beauty to the bedroom. The bathroom was nicely sanitized, deodorized and with another bouquet of flowers in ah vase. Ah love tha flooring in the bathroom. Absolutely impeccable!!! Ah walked on it without ah slipper, because of tha smooth and comfortable feel ta it Each day, we were given clean crispy towels in three various sizes. Smelt so crispy and splendid plus new soap and sundries. Paid 800 for 3 nights of a headache turned migraine and my sister wound up with a full on asthma attack the last night! Overall the worst! Thankfully we were only there to sleep, it was the only accommodations available to us in a bind. I wouldn't even eat in the room. The deodorizer they use to cover the mildew smell was nauseating. The guy at the counter was nice. There's that. They wont refund, Wyndham is ignoring the issue, and Priceline (where I booked it) is deflecting accountability. I wish I had put it on a credit card, I would have made a claim.

It did have it but the management had tried to somewhat remedy this by tying air fresheners to the air conditioner. you know the kind, the little ones shaped like a tree that smell like evergreen. I had to laugh because no cover up attempt was made....there they were just flapping in the breeze. I tried to get ice to no avail as the machine was broken but they had courteously provided us with plastic cups from The Howard Johnson up the street. . Pause again for blatant gaucheness. The girl I was staying with felt uncomfortable because the place was dirty so I asked for the money back so I can go else where but the attendant refused to give me my money back and said the only option was for me to choose a new room .... no courtesy or complimentary treatment, no nothing! When I had arrived, it was already like that. Why would I take the pictures posted on Google and now it's gone so they took down my Google review which was the same as this with the same pictures. I tried to go back I booked a room upstairs, actually, my fiancé did, and as soon as I tried to walk, and they told me I was not allowed there anymore, because I caused damage to the room, which is not the case. I realize she got robbed. This is a scam. This place is a dump people die in here every day, I've watched it firsthand. Nobody should ever say here unless you want to sell drugs or prostitute.
