This is the WORST cab service I've ever dealt with. It will always be a fifteen minute wait. Once, they showed up an hour and fifteen minutes later and today its been 38 minutes with no sign of them in sight. When you call back to ask them what's up, you get an attitude as if its your fault that they aren't honest with their clients about how long it will take them to get someone out to you or they aren't able to manage their fleet. And, beyond all of this, I've never encountered a cab service where the driver picks you up and lights a cigarette on the way to your destination. In short, if you have a train to make or your time or health are important to you, avoid this service like the plague. read more

I was driving & was cut off by one off their taxi drivers in Deptford. I was then given the finger and asked "what the f***" although she was in the wrong. I called to report it & they said a manager would be notified. I asked for the manager to call me and was told that managers do not call customers. read more

I've used Lindenwold cab six times now and only had a small problem with one of the drivers. All the other drivers have always friendly and courteous. I guess there's always one sour apple in every basket. Even living off the beatin path (i live in the pinelands) they always picked me up on time, always a good morning and never fussed about stopping at WAWA.. Watch out for their drivers!! I was just verbally harassed by one and I wasn't even using their service!! The guy claimed I ran a red light (I was stuck in the middle of the intersection turning left so I had to wait for it to turn red before I could continue making the turn). He made this claim after he tailgates me, pulled up next to me and stopped right next to me with his window rolled down at the next red light, then continues saying that I'm a "sh*tty mother" (I had a car seat in the car but no kid in it), I need to learn to drive, I'm a f-ing bitch, yet he was the one tailgating me. Even though I've never used their service I never will because if he is indicative of the kind of people who work there, I don't want to take a chance. He gives the service a bad name. read more

Arrived 15 min late. Couldn't pop the trunk. Couldn't roll down the window at the toll booth. Old rusty cab gave me motion sickness. Spent time charging my card in advance extra 5 min. Broken down cab. 10 bucks cheaper. But I must acknowledge they got me to the airport on time. read more

I LOVE Lindenwold Taxi! I have to be at work on time. Largest fleet of cabs in the area makes that possible. 5 days a week back and forth from Lindenwold to Mt. Laurel. Shopping on the weekend or to the Airport I can always request a minivan. Read some of the reviews complaining about the dispatchers guess they don't use the company every day. Understand this is a big busy company with cabs all over the area and when their busy their busy but I know my rides coming. Sure I thought about Uber but I can't risk my job on the unhappy underpaid slave labor market. read more

This cab service is horrible had never waiting for over 45 min I will never refer this company to no one they need to do better

So rude. I called for a cab. They arrived at the wrong building and then blamed me when I didn't pick up the phone immediately for them. When I called back they gave me a huge attitude and said they would try to send another car. Long story short there are way to many taxi services to put up with that. read more

Worst cab company. Never use them unless you have no other option besides walking. I got charged 10$ to go less than 2 miles and their meters will keep increasing the fare at a rate you've never seen before. STAY AWAY unless you want to get ripped off read more
