I've used them four times for PHL (Airport) transport and service has been reliable, prompt, and worth the extra $$ over Uber or Lyft. The driver has always been at my condo 5-10 minutes prior to scheduled pickup for early morning departure. Last Saturday we came back to PHL (1/14/22) from Palm Beach, Fl around 5:15 pm. The driver called and texted us to let us know he was waiting in a White Lincoln, clear instructions of meeting place, and we found his car as soon as we left the terminal. It was freezing Saturday night and we probably would have still been waiting for Uber by the time we got home. Excellent reliable service

When you call back to ask them what's up, you get an attitude as if its your fault that they aren't honest with their clients about how long it will take them to get someone out to you or they aren't able to manage their fleet. And, beyond all of this, I've never encountered a cab service where the driver picks you up and lights a cigarette on the way to your destination. In short, if you have a train to make or your time or health are important to you, avoid this service like the plague.

I walked up to the cab around 4pm, which was the first in the line of cabs at the train station and asked how much it would cost for my fare. I was told $40, and immediately said no way, I'll give you $20. He was fine with that so I hopped in and off we went. My driver was nice & polite, and allowed me to direct him down backroads (per my traffic app), to avoid sitting in a ton of traffic. The ride however could have been better. The van smelled old & dirty, and faintly of cigarette smoke. The vehicle itself was shaking over every small bump, and it's engine gave off a high pitched squeal, indicating that something needed fixing. When I got to my destination, thankfully my driver accepted credit cards via an app on his phone. Yes, I was weary of paying this way, but I had no cash so I had no choice. Although the driver was nice, and I was able to negotiate my fare, I prob would seek out another, cleaner cab service if I ever need a ride from the train again.

The driver was 15 minutes late picking up my mom - no notification - which made her frantic with anxiety and I had to stop her from driving herself. I book my pick up way in advance so they will have time to have a driver. First of all when you schedule pickup they do not send you any confirmation. Since they dont do that I decided to text to confirm my pickup. What I got was to call on friday see if he has a driver. I cannot depend on them for mine of work. I also tried calling couple times and did not like me calling and they said I call too much. I will never ever recommend this company to anyone especially people who are in the same line of work that I am in and also people travelling.
