Laura was friendly and attentive when we first reached out about insurance. We communicated via personal cellphone and she was extremely quick to respond. After a few months our bill drastically increased month over month so my husband and I would reach out to her via personal cell for questions in regards to the bill. Since we were in the works of switching our auto loan to StateFarm with Laura she would respond to our bill questions but extremely delayed only for her to follow up with the auto loan question. Once we decided to switch over our auto loan and declined financial advice she stopped responding to our text. Her last response was. "This is my personal cell please call the office". I responded asking her to please assist us in cancelling service back in March and no response. I emailed her several times and communicated that we have switched services to please contact us to ensure there is nothing else that needs to get done and no response. We now received a bill from statefarm triple what our normal bill was and I try to communicate with her one last time before posting my feedback she referred me to the front desk number where no one can assist us with our questions and just refers us right back to her. She has now blocked our number and refused to assist us and we are left with a huge bill no one can explain. She is NOT trying to help you. She will make her sale and do whatever to make her sale and once she's done she will have no part of communication. I would stay away from Laura and her firm.

The service I received was great at first…read morewhen I called to see why my bill was so high Brittany gave me instructions to follow and two weeks later she tells me I owe $1000 for ONE month and that there was nothing they could do basically. I do not appreciate the fact that you have me inaccurate information and acted ignorant to the fact that cost was one of the concerns. If I called you to figure out why I was billed $500 what makes you think I was going to agree to paying $1000??? This office had no problem contacting me several times before I officially switched to this agent. However a simple phone call to update me on my insurance plans being processed in the new state, was too damn much! I did NOT appreciate the service I received from Andrea or Brittany. I also requested an appointment and didn't even get a phone call back until the end of the damn day. IN CONCLUSION now I'm screwed because of some inaccuracte information provided to be by this office and I would not recommended them. JUST PISS POOR!

Not only did my auto policy get set…read moreup incorrectly to begin with, when I tried to reach out to my "friend" to get it addressed, she ghosted me (and still has, 6+ weeks later!). Someone else stepped in to "help" but her efforts and communication required continual follow up to get a status on my policy being updated. When it was updated, I was told I would not be billed additionally (since I had already paid in full for what was supposed to have been the correct policy) but I received a $1300 invoice. Again, instead of fixing the issue, after repeated follow up to see when the issue would be resolved, I get a check in the mail. They cancelled my policy - my family was driving without insurance!! - and Kaizen didn't even tell me!! I have had more stress and issues in the 2 months I had "insurance" with Kaizen than in the 17 years I spent with Allstate. I moved to help my "friend" and save some money and she totally hosed me over and the company put me any my family in danger. I HIGHLY recommend you go to ANY other agency than this one. Extremely poor business professionals and extremely poor communicators. They will lure you in with a low price and then screw you over. Buyer Beware!!
