They don't return calls either. They don't send out notifications for anything as well, so you can get your policy cancelled without knowing what's going on. I would avoid this specific Allstate as long as Sonya Campbell is there. If they cancel you and say you owe money just file a complaint to the TN commissioners office and they'll settle it.

We discovered some water damage in our home in Collierville, and filed a claim. State Farm paraded a few of their "experts" thru the house and took pictures of some cupped hardwood floors then, after waiting a few weeks decided to deny the claim. This was the extent of their inspection. Craig is a coward who tries to coddle and good ol' boy his clients while spewing out the same company drivel. Rather than call me back himself as promised, he has another SF stooge call me confirming the claim denial. This is not about the money. I have a high deductible, and doubt the claim would have exceeded it. I filed the claim in case there was more extensive unseen damage. There is principal at stake now. I am going out of my way to share this story with anyone who will listen. I aim to keep as many people as possible from signing up with SF, and to get existing SF customers to drop them.
