His tone completely changed and he abruptly told me in a condescending manner we are not a good fit because they are saturated with tax preparation clients and he's looking for clients who want investment management. Again, I made it VERY clear from the start I was looking for tax preparation services only from my initial message AND the questionnaire he had me fill out.
