I do not recommend going to this shop for tire service if you have ANY kind of nice rims, AT ALL. They do not take care of rims, nor have the proper equipment to even do so. I went in for a routine tire swap on my BMW M3, came out with my Vossen x Work VWS-1 Matte Bronze Rims scuffed/damaged all around the lip on both driver and passenger rear wheels, had those wheels for years, now they are ruined. The owner refuses to help with repair my rims which were damaged at their shop. He gave me 200$ towards repairing the rims, and upon inspection the rim tech told me these rims are unrepairable due to being anodized, and reanodizing requires a very specific process which is very limited in California and would ultimately require the replacement of the rim. Not to mention the owner told me they have no insurance, how do you not have insurance? Is this a joke? Anodized finishes cannot be spot-repaired, polished, or blended, and most repair facilities in California are unable to re-anodize these wheels. As a result, the damage caused during service necessitates either full refinishing through specialized facilities or outright replacement. This is not cosmetic wear; it is service-related damage. I will be pursuing my legal options and make sure no one else encounters this situation. IF YOU HAVE NICE WHEELS STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE! read more

I needed a tire repair shop on Easter weekend. The tires of my vehicle are fairly new, but one of the rear tires got a nail puncture from the freeway. Inquired with several tire shops on Yelp for San Fernando Valley and most were either closed or trying to sell me new tires and some places just seem shady quoting a price when they haven't even seen the damage. Thankfully, Lindley Tires (Matthew) promptly replied to my Yelp message. I went there within an hour of his message and met Eric, who was professional and kind. He fixed the tire in 5 minutes and charged a small fee. I'm hoping the tire plug will last a while. The shop was also clean, which I appreciated. It's tough for women like myself to get my car serviced. We get scammed by merchanics, who think we don't know any better about cars. Needed 4 tires badly and planning on going on a trip this weekend but didnt want to break the bank or wait too long. Saw the great reviews for this place and wanted to check it out. Right when i got there Edwin greeted me and asked me what I needed. I mentioned i wanted some good quality tires new if possible but i would be down for used as well as long as they were decent for a long trip. He checked his inventory and showed me some near new used tires. Gave me a great deal and even though it was busy (came on a Saturday) he made sure my ride was good to go. I really appreciate the service and time he took getting me the right tires for my ride. My wait time was no more than 35-40 mins which i will take anyday over other shops saying its a hour or 2. Needed to change some of my stem valves for my tires (due to cracking & letting air out) Eric & his crew were amazing he insured me that my problem was normal especially that my truck is lifted with bigger tires (35x20). Not only did i end up changing the stems but i noticed my brakes were pretty worn out (after 45k miles) so Eric changed my brakes for me & rotated my tires & balanced them. I needed special order parts for my air sensor due to size (again) but Eric order the part & did the install with no complaints or gouging. Went to get a flat tire changed. The prices of used tires are the same as the price of new ones. The boss came out of nowhere with an attitude, trying to charge me $15 for putting the spare on.
