On May 20, 2026, company sold me 2 tires and did an axel job to fix clicking sound when turning steering wheel, owner of the business also request to tip his worker on top of payment. Clicking sounds resumed and one of the tires had a blow out on Aug 16, 2026. Business owner 'Mike' was unable to get a hold of until Aug 19th after multiple phone call attempts. When he was reached, I asked if I could be provided with a different brand of tires because I didnt feel safe driving with that brand after the blow out. He said that he wouldn't be able to do that. That he might be able to replace the one tire that popped on the road if the manufacturer would honor the request but it might take weeks. He also told me that if I wanted a different brand of tires, I would need to buy them full price after he tried to claim that I ran over something in the road. The tire clearly shows that the damage was not due to a pot hole or a nail. The tire lost its integrity and blew out from the inside due to the obvious gash in the center of the tread. He told me that there is no way to verify why the clicking remained from the axel job was done because the mechanic that worked on my car quit recently. I asked him to provide me a receipt of payment for when the job was done on May 20, 2026 and he said that he was unable to do that because they throw away receipts every month. I am now at a loss for $1100, plus work wages that I missed out on while trying to have this problem resolved. Shady business practice through and through. They dont keep record of receipts, the owner pressures you to tip his employees, they persuade you to do cash payments, the business owner can not be reached by his workers during normal business hours. Came here before and the service was fine. Got me in and out. I don't know maybe Sundays they don't really care that much but I was parked for at least 25 to 30 minutes and I see no one in sight. I decided to call because another customer came and I asked him if he worked here And whoever answered the phone finally decided to come outside versus just seeing a car sitting in front of your shop for that amount of time and not say anything... You think someone would've came and said hey, I can help you out or what do you need but that wasn't the case they definitely have to work on their Sunday. Terrible experience. I communicated with the owner prior to having my vehicle towed there. I gave him all the information he asked for about my vehicle and he communicated that he could and would replace my tire. My vehicle was towed to the location only to be denied service. They did not even have the tire for the vehicle and then blamed me. The owner told me I never asked for a replacement and after I showed them a screenshot of our exact conversation, he told me the car never came to his shop, which it did. Zero accountability. Stopped by because of the reviews, should've gone to a different shop, when I pulled up I let the guy know I can't find the nail it's most likely the valve stem he said it's $35 for the patch I hesitated since down the street they do it for $25 at Stan's I agreed since I was there already he said let me check the tire.. he then proceeded to remove the tire & check with soap & water. He couldn't find the leak didn't really check the valve stem I told him my tire keeps getting low it's definitely something he put the tire back & charged me $10 for the labor. The owner and mechanic Martin explained the concerns with my car, I knew it was driving and felt funny. Martin drove my car with me to show me the concerns.
