They patched the tire and was kind of enough to give some recommendations which I know most places wouldn't but he still presented his concerns on why I should get a new or used tire. I ended up just patching it because I normally get my tires from another place. The patching wasn't expensive, it only cost me $25 but I was solid for a few days until my new tire was ordered. Upon research, these budget tires average in cost of 356$ for all 4 tires. That is approximately 84% more than its actual value! If it wasn't for time constraints and emergent resolution I would've gone somewhere else. I just wish they were more reasonable with cost and not take advantage of emergent needs. I attached the exact model of the tires for your reference. I understand business needed to make money, if they charged me 400-500$ I'd probably be okay with it. But this isn't cool. There's other reasonably priced tires around the area, unfortunately they were about to close at the time I needed it done.

Horrible customer service from the Owners son. A Performance Shop brought my G80 M3 to get MT Tires…read moreinstalled here and they later sent me pictures that my Wheel has been scratched. This scratch was not on any area that could have been scratched by me or the performance shop. The scratch is in the Wheel well, the only logical explanation is it was scratched upon removing and installing the new tires. When I reached out to the son of the owner, so they can explain what had happened or if they can get it repaired. He immediately became defensive saying he's not fixing shit and it wasn't him. I take great care of my car, and I most definitely know this was him doing a careless job, when handling my wheel. The scratch isn't anything major, but it's the principle of running a business and being able to accept when you fuck up & offering to make it right especially after being a repeat customer for years. At most it would've been a $200 repair if that, but instead he rather shit talk and cuss at a loyal customer who's brought multiple cars to him in the past. If you're considering bringing your car here, think twice about it. If they damage your car, they'll deny they did it and pretty much tell you to fuck off. I do not recommend going to this shop for tire service if you have ANY kind of nice rims, AT ALL…read more They do not take care of rims, nor have the proper equipment to even do so. I went in for a routine tire swap on my BMW M3, came out with my Vossen x Work VWS-1 Matte Bronze Rims scuffed/damaged all around the lip on both driver and passenger rear wheels, had those wheels for years, now they are ruined. The owner refuses to help with repair my rims which were damaged at their shop. He gave me 200$ towards repairing the rims, and upon inspection the rim tech told me these rims are unrepairable due to being anodized, and reanodizing requires a very specific process which is very limited in California and would ultimately require the replacement of the rim. Not to mention the owner told me they have no insurance, how do you not have insurance? Is this a joke? Anodized finishes cannot be spot-repaired, polished, or blended, and most repair facilities in California are unable to re-anodize these wheels. As a result, the damage caused during service necessitates either full refinishing through specialized facilities or outright replacement. This is not cosmetic wear; it is service-related damage. I will be pursuing my legal options and make sure no one else encounters this situation. IF YOU HAVE NICE WHEELS STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE!
