When I got up to inquire if I'd be seen next (this was after waiting an hour and a half) the receptionist acted as if I was bother her and how dare I even ask such a question. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. When I finally was seen by the nurse, I was with her for about 15 minutes, and I'm being generous on the time. She sent me for blood work and told me I didn't need another appointment and once they got the blood results they'd call me if necessary. Well, after waiting days, I still hadn't received a call. After my THIRD attempt to call and speak to someone (oh, and this was after I called and was placed on hold for over 15 minutes; finally I hung up and just called back since they probably forgot about me) I was told all my results were fine but to schedule another appontment for in a month. When I asked why since that isn't what the nurse said the receptionist quickly changed the tone in her voice and let the attitude come out... Needless to say, I'm now seeing a new PCP and just went for new blood work since the previous requested work wasn't thorough and most likely IS an illness while this office was so quick to say everything was fine.

However, there is a woman at the front desk by the name of Amy, who is extremely rude, and unhelpful. I have spoken to her twice, she is argumentative, would not let me finish speaking, and started her sentence with "no, no" and tried to give me misinformation. I was returning a call to Dr. Gentes' nurse, and Amy told me that I could not leave a voicemail, which I had done about a month previously. She did not give my message to the nurse, who called me, and was very upset that she never received the message, it not only has caused a significant amount of wasted time, but has also compromised my care.

I was greatly disappointed and realized quickly visiting him was a great waste of time. My "physical" lasted roughly 3 minutes, where after asking me my height & weight he just wrote down for me to go get a blood test and come back a week later. He appears to just look to get patients in and out as fast as he can so he is able to bill your insurance company. Which was evident in him seeing 5 different patients in the first 15 minutes I was in his office. If you are looking for someone to just write you a prescription without actually being checked out by a doctor, he's your man. If you are looking to be actually seen by a doctor go else where. I wish I checked his yelp reviews before going to seeing him, its evident the type of service he provides.

Setting up an appointment is easy on their website, and wait times are not too long. Dr. C is thorough in his analysis of your health concern or general checkup, and truly makes an effort to understand your situation holistically as a patient to make the most effective recommendations. He is highly knowledgeable of the ecosystem for specialists in his area as well for referrals. I have always felt respected by Dr. C and his Office Manager, and will continue to come see him as well as recommend him to family and friends.

My jaw clicking has been making me nervous, so I appreciated being able to get an earlier appointment. First impressions were great...the complimentary snack and coffee station was such a nice touch! The entire office was clean, neat, and welcoming. The staff was friendly from the moment I walked in, and the tech who assisted me was polite and efficient. I saw Kathryn Giunta, DNP, AGPCNP, and she was wonderful. She was thorough and did a great job explaining everything using analogies, videos, scans, and graphs, which made it much easier to understand what was going on. The visit itself was quick and organized. I was called in promptly and didn't feel like I was waiting around. My only downside was that the copay was double what I usually pay at my ENT in Tully, so I'll be doing some research before moving forward with the TMJ physical therapy referral they recommended. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this practice!

They pressure you to get nasal surgery. They say they will only charge the ins company and you will…read moreNOT be charged what ins doesn't pay. Sounds like a no risk surgery. You get the surgery and you only see the Dr for the 5 minutes it takes him to shove the metal tube cutter up your nose. I fell victim to this. I had an infection sometime after the surgery in 2024. Now I'm being billed $600 for something ins didn't pay.... Two years later they want me to pay $600. I never got a bill for this until now. What a scam this place is. The ins companies should look into the fraud they're doing.

I called to have their numbers corrected but they refused to own up to their mistakes. Instead they asked me to go into their office to have a new prescription. No thank you! Their staff are cold and robotic. If you want to get something out of them you'd better be at the top of your game and good luck. Totally agree with other reviewers about their credit card on file policy. When they charged my credit card they didn't bother to send invoice or receipt.

She has never tested me for a fungal issue diagnosed by my lung doctor a few years ago via a Blood test. He referred me to an infectious disease doctor who never treated me since the medication was very strong and could damage my kidney. Many months after a near death experience in 2023/2024, I was still feeling pain in my liver. Dr Passalaqua was recommended and when I told her my disease doctor said my discomfort and pain would subside, she yelled at me to say "Who told you that I shouldn't experience any pain, she said it should/ could take a year and a half to heal since my abscesses were so bad and I was days from dying. Now I am sick again and exhausted all tests available and when she came in the room she yelled that my fungal issues from a few years ago were resolved. I was Never retested, so her aggressive attitude was not warranted. She continued to be condescending and when I tried to explain my symptoms and tests to date she kept shutting me down. I aggressively through her out of my room and asked her not to return! Also when I called her answering service last evening asking to speak to the on call doctor, which I understand she is the only doctor in her office for, her office staff disguised her self as Dr Passalaqua. Her voice was the same as the office girl who said an August 6th was the soonest appointment. It was unacceptable because I have been battling symptoms since April 30. Time is of the essence and I am my only advocate. Needless to say I will never return or recommend Dr Passalaqua ever again. I called my former disease specialist and they order blood test as that is how it was diagnosed back in 2023. She wanted to do a sputum test. She was NOT listening to my requests or concerns!! A horrible experience despite her 30 years of experience told to me by the attending ER doctor.
