The personnel in office are good, except for the NP who goes over your blood work and such to clear you for the Keto Program. I joined in July 2018 and instructed the NP that I had Triple bypass April 2016.. i emailed this email below several times: good day... can you please close my account. I had triple bypass 4-18-2016 and finally have been able to take myself off of the horrible medications. I did not check with my Cardiologist prior to signing up on this program, my error, I should have done so. At the time of entry I did ask a lot of questions and investigated your program and how it would fit to a cardiac patient. During intake with your NP we discussed my blood work and my cholesterol was 227, and as a cardiac patient my level should be around 100. I was able to stop taking Statins & Beta blockers before and now have been placed back on Statins. This is very frustrating. I told your NP I had my triple bypass 4-18-16 but that really didn't show any concern to her and working on the Lindora Keto Plan. Well my Cardiologist advised me to go back on a Cardiac diet and work to get my Cholesterol levels down. I have paid the first $198 when I enrolled and was only able to participate for a month. If need be send me what ever you need to in order to close my account. April 19, 2019, they keep asking me to have my Cardiologist send a note. and I get this email from them below after several emails i sent to them and the phone calls. Lindora doesn't give the support for a successful outcome, the old lindora was AWESOME the new lindora is horriblethey expect you to sign up for a 1yr contract @ 99.00 dollars a month with 1 weight loss program! so basically you lose the goal weight if you can get it done in 2 weeks time. after that you pay 99.00 to maintain your own weight but you still pay for injections and food. I needed to lose 15 pounds which took 3 weeks which I lost myself, I ask for diet pills to help maintain my hungeand the nurse wouldn't call me back. I'm maintaining my own weight and they take 99.00 a month out of my account I get no calls from the staff no type of comment from them! it's a total rip off. read more

All that I can tell you is to take heed on taking those B12 and booster shots from Lindora. They made me very ill. Burning sensations throughout the body, and it has never been in my nature to be sick. I remember one of their nurses telling me that some of the B12 products had expired, but yet it was still on the counter and had been given to others. One of my doctors told me that I did not need to take that much B12 on a daily basis, and another doctor told me that all of the constant shots could have given me a nerve problem. This is just BAD! I'm down almost 15 lbs in 4.5 weeks. It would have been more but I went off plan for 2 days. Going off plan means your body goes out of ketosis, so you have to start over to get back into ketosis (that takes about 4 days for me). Staying on plan is key. I use the Lindora products mostly for "protein days" - it's more convenient for me. The products may seem pricey at first, but I used to spend more per week for the convenience of unhealthy fast food. I used a Groupon, and I was still treated very well - like any other client. They are not pushy regarding their products, they will tell you about what they have to offer and make suggestions - that's just customer service. BE AWARE!!! Please carefully read your contract. I had a death in my family which unfortunately changed my finances. Lindora would not allow me to cancel my contract at all. After multiple phone calls I was offered for my contract to be placed on hold for 60 days. In 60 days I will still have the same financial issue as now. If the funds are not paid it will affect my credit and I have a great credit score. No compassion at all. Sometimes I go to another clinic that's close to work and they are far more understanding and helpful(less pushy) than Chino Hills Clinic. read more

Read the contract carefully as if you decide to cancel you will be liable for the full amount. There are other locations that are far more helpful than Chino Hills. What I experienced here in Chino Hills is demeaning attitude and a constant hard sell to buy overpriced products that did not suit the diet which THEY prescribed. When natural meat or poultry offered more protein and less carbs than their products they still attempted to sell me their branded merchandise. This was completely opposite of what I experienced in another location where they SUGGESTED that I use grocery store items that would more fully meet my needs. Example of the treatment at Chino Hills- Having to wait for assistance because the person at the front counter was cold calling people to solicit product sales on one of the artificial (and almost daily) "sales" is a joke! A paying customer is waiting on service and selling on the phone takes priority? Another- Being scolded for a "cheat day" like I was a 5 year old when I explained I had a rare business dinner I deemed it inappropriate to not eat with my clients. Expect constant phone calls and multiple emails daily - especially if you do not "check in" every day as you are required to. You will lose weight but you do not need this kind of harassment to accomplish the goal. Also note that "Medically Supervised" does not mean by a Doctor. I visited Lindora in Chino Hills on Friday because we had the fires close to our home. I was very pleased with Terri. She assisted me with my progress and she was very good. She had not met me before but was very warm and welcoming. She gave me some tips on my weight-loss journey. I have done the Lindora program twice now. I did it, 18 years ago and at that time, I was telling her how I lost 18 lbs in 6 weeks but I didn't get a chance to do the maintenance part because I was leaving on my honeymoon. I was explaining to her how different the program was and that there weren't all these products I used. In fact, I took potassium and a multivitamin and that was it. But, she was explaining to me how these products work and how they have helped many people. Quite interesting, but my weight loss journey now, I have lost 18 lbs but this time I wasn't as motivated as I was when I got married. So, it's taken me 9 weeks to get here. BE AWARE of Lindora Clinic in Chino Hills, CA!!!!!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! IT IS ALL ABOUT MAKING A COMMISSION THERE!! I have been meaning to write this review for a while now; due to my busy travel schedule, I was not able to until now. On Aug 23rd 2018, I met with Rheiann at the Chino Hills Lindora Clinic location. My main goal was to find out more about Lindora and see if it was a good fit for me. At the time, I was set to travel abroad starting September 6th 2018, returning September 23rd 2018. I provided that information to Rheiann at the beginning of our conversation. I mentioned that I am also scheduled to see my doctor immediately upon returning from abroad, that I would need to get an okay from my doctor before starting any weight management program. Rheiann stated it will be okay, but that since I am already at the clinic, she can get all my information, when I return from my trip, complete the visit with my doctor and get the okay, I can call them and proceed with the program. She also scheduled be me to come in for a blood draw. Again, I expressed to her about not wanting to start the program until all the above-mentioned points (trip abroad and doctor's okay) have been met. Rheiann and her Manager Therry did not honor the agreement. As a matter of fact, they kept changing my card even though I never started the program. So, people, BE AWARE!!
