I bought a package of facial maintenance that included hydro facial, but I was advised to also try the Venus Facial Lift machine if I wanted to: Since this is my last visit, I decided to try the Venus machine for Lifting to see the result. To my surprise I was told that the use of the Venus machine did not include facial. Since this is my last visit, I didn't wanna argue with her. When the procedure was over, before I left the building I went to the restroom to wipe off the excess gel that was left in my ears and neck area, and it felt sticky to the touch. I was like is she a newbie? I mean I have been using their service with my regular aesthetician and never had any issues, except this time. I felt like my face didn't even clean properly , it was just whatever.... Oh well, since I will not be coming back again. I am hoping to leave an honest review to the owner to hire and give extensive training to your staff before putting them on the floor. The last other 20 minutes she left a thick mask on me and that was it. Was it worth $50 with the groupon, sure. But I don't feel like it did much for me. I get it, you get what you pay for. During my first session, I was told that if I purchased another voucher in the future, I could let them know and they would match the price. On my second-to-last session, they asked if I wanted to purchase more laser treatments. I declined and said I wanted to wait a few weeks to see if I needed any additional treatments. On my last session, they asked me again if I wanted to purchase more sessions. I gave them the same answer. They then brought up the Groupon voucher I had used and said they could match the price for whatever treatment I wanted in the future. They explained that my Groupon voucher was for a $199 treatment, while their regular price was $299, and offered me another $199 treatment that I could use for another laser treatment on a different area, a facial, or another treatment at that price. I asked if I could think about it and call them back because I didn't want to make a rushed decision. However, they insisted that I make a decision right then because, according to them, since I had already used a Groupon voucher once, I wouldn't be able to use another one in the future. At first, they seemed to think I didn't understand what they were explaining, so another lady joined the conversation and tried to explain it to me again. I understood what they were saying from the beginning and had already told them that I wasn't interested in making a purchase at that time. The way they explained it made me feel like I didn't understand the difference between a Groupon voucher and a coupon, which was frustrating. They were offering me something that I simply wasn't ready to commit to at that moment, but the pressure made me feel bad for not purchasing anything for future visits. Ive been having microneedling done here (4 sessions) everytime it has been very mild, I have seen NO improvement. Since they offered me a deal to pay for them up front I continued to come hoping with each session they would be a lil more aggressive since I'm targeting acne scars and skin discoloration.
