The entire team--from the front desk to the nurses--feels like a breath of fresh air. They're always in a good mood, genuinely attentive, and consistently uplifting and encouraging. I come at 7am before starting my day and heading out on my long commute to work & it's frustrating that they only have 1 lady there. By 645 there are 4 of us waiting. The staff here at The Northridge Lindora Location are super Clean, super friendly, and Super efficient to help all with their life goals. Nancy Bond is a super great nurse along with Wendy Zepeda. I have been an advocate of this program for about 15 years on and off. I have read other reviews and find a grain of truth in most of them. At the core, the most important thing to remember is that IT WORKS. However, like anything else, IT ONLY WORKS IF YOU WORK IT. You will get out of it what you put into it. The staff as long as I have heen going- no matter who is in the rotation- HAS BEEN AMAZING. Vivian, Josh. Angeli, Alma, Nancy and others (and I may not have their names spelled correctly but they know my name and I appreciate that because they see dozens of people and NONE of us wear name tags) have been attentive to my needs. They've made suggestions to alter my diet when necessary, encouraged me when I wasn't feeling my best and celebrated my weight loss victories. I think what I like the most is their sincere understanding that as a patient it is difficult for us to be transparent about our weight challenges and struggles. This understanding leads to allowing us to lose at a pace we're comfortable with personally. I have only given them four stars for a few reasons. First, I think their contract is a little murky; I've asked some questions, especially about the end of the contract and I don't necessarily agree with their deal of automatically renewing the contract, but it has caused me to stay on top of it. Secondly, some of their snacks and foods are overpriced and don't taste that great- if it wasn't for their specials, some things I would replace them with non Lindora products. Third, there are some items that stay sold out- not sure if that is a supply chain issue but maybe you make more of those things because they taste really good (duh!) and make less of the nasty inventory (I'm looking at you nasty cardboard pepperoni pizza) Lastly, there are shots that you pay for that don't stay with you during the length of your contract; that is they expire even though you pay for them. I think that's unfair and foul- it should roll over to the next month if it goes unused. Knowing these things and knowing that nothing is perfect, still gives me the satisfaction of knowing that this program can be a life changing experience if YOU DO the actual program. Hey Team! Bad. Just so bad. I signed up in June 2020 for a year weight loss plan (roughly $159/mo for 12 months.) It was okay at first, I was losing some weight, but I was extremely misdirected on the keto/low carb diet and the attention given to me wasn't nearly enough for me to even go back. The "nurses" would rush you, one by one, check on your weight status and give you a very vague meal plan and send you on your way very quickly each time. They never informed me about electrolytes (extremely important on the keto diet and can be dangerous if not ingested), and only one staff member took the time to go through my whole plan with me. I just flat out stopped going and lost the weight myself. Ended up wasting over $1,000 on trash service, but at least the weight is getting off and I'm educated now on keto after doing my own research. If you're looking to quickly lose 10 lbs for an event, I guess it's okay for that, but I seriously wouldn't waste your money on their program unless you go to a well trained facility who knows what they're talking about and gives you the attention you paid for. read more

Lindora supplements and injections may cause adverse reactions like it did to myself. Cancellation for this reason should not be an issue or something difficult to work with. Reseda location does not receive faxes or if they do they claim it is not legible. They do not have an email address where "patients" can communicate with either. I have sent an email along with pictures and urgent care discharge notes to membership services instead. This adverse reaction was spread all over my entire body. read more

It's really bad whem you have a descent product but have terrible customer service and hidden hooks in your contract. I signed up 1 year ago and still have not gotten the $200 worth of free product for joining. When I'd ask the would act like they didn't know what I was talking about and when I pushed the matter the story was that they were out of stock? For months? What kind of promotion is it? My one year contract is up and I saw I was charged for another month? When I called, the story is Even tho it's a 1 year contract if you don't tell us 11 months into the 1 year contract they renew it for another year. This is a scam only low life businesses use. You should avoid any dirtbag business that do this. It's sad that you are so hurting for customers that you have to screw them this way. You should be ashamed of yourselves. read more

I've been struggling with my weight for 10 years and I was losing hope until I walked into the center in northridge. The staff is so caring and knowledgeable and I finally feel like I have a team behind me to cheer me on. I'm losing and feel motivated. I signed up for the daily booster and a weekly B12 shots for 99/month then after 3 months they told me that I can only avail of a b12 shot every week so I cancelled my membership. They didn't disclose this to me when I sign up.Tried to call Crystal but I can't get ahold of her. I was able to speak to a guy I don't know his name. He was so rude. Now they put me on collections. I wish I could give NEGATIVE stars for my experience here. BEWARE signing up for Lindora. I did the program a while back, fine. Recently I signed up for just the booster shots at $49/Mo, had blood work done and discovered that my vitamin B levels are way too high and my doctor (like an ACTUAL medical professional) advised against them. They wrote me a doctors note to send to the clinic, I asked that since I cannot receive the services to cancel my membership. Oh my God the hassle and push back. Not only did they not cancel it and charged me $49 for another month... but I had to go back and forth with a nurse on the phone about how I can still get the B6 shot.. like she's my doctor. No I cannot, and to be honest, I don't even want to. I am livid. What a racket. So now I have to wait for a response from the corporate office to decide whether my DOCTOR'S ASSESSMENT OF MY HEALTH is valid enough to end their little contract of collecting money. I have been going to Lindora Clinic in Northridge on and off for many years. The staff had always been great up to this year....last time I went in they would not even weigh me without my having labs done. What kind of support is that? I am not renewing my Club Membership or starting a new program but did want to have some outside accountability, and encouragement, by weighing in occasionally. There were some situations that the staff was unable to work with me, but more than that they seemed disinterested to do so. They had a completely new office staff the first of the year and I loved their previous manager Bea. I think this office has lost my return business for products. Very sad. read more

I have been with Lindora since 2007, starting out in Westlake and Woodland Hills. I been fortunate to have lost over 50+lbs and it has been struggle to maintain the loss over the years. During these years I have visited numerous location from Camarillo to Studio City. I recently rejoined the program and doing most of my weigh ins in the Northridge location. Without a doubt I contribute much of my weight loss and maintenance to the wonderful staff at the Northridge location. The entire staff (Vivian, Annie, Nancy and Lidia) make we feel welcome and that in itself make me look forward to my visits and the attention given me regarding my program and how to maintain...it is motivating and indeed encouragement for me. Again, I look forward to my weekly visits, as I feel much like they are my family and really are committed to my success. As I stated previous...I have visited many of the Lindora Clinics since my initial joining in 2007, by far the Northridge Clinic is "head and shoulders" above those I've visited. Where I am at today is largely of my personal commitment, but is just much of the Northridge Clinic that has motivated and kept my spirits and determination strong. I am and will continue to be grateful to Lindora, especially the Northridge Clinic, for the guidance, support and indeed professional friendship as I journey down this road to good health and well being!
