Be warned! While I have nothing but good things to say about the Nurse who conducted my online consultation, I am extremely upset about the amount of money this company attempts to charge for "medication". After my consultation, I was then informed that pills they provide would cost $200 for 30 ($50 per week). At my pharmacy, the same medication is $8.37 for 30 - you heard right - $8.37 as opposed to $200. When I asked for my prescription to be called into the pharmacy, they initially said that they would not be able to do that, that I would only be able to get it from them. This was after I had spent $100 for a virtual consultation. FYI, this was not my first time at Skinny Me Med - I was a client back in 2022 and they HAD NO PROBLEM calling my prescription into the pharmacy, so I was a bit perplexed as to why they wouldn't this time. After complaining about the HUGE discrepancy in price, as well as not being informed BEFORE I paid for the consultation (which I had asked about when scheduling) they offered to either refund my $100, or to call in a 30 day scrip to the pharmacy, even though the nurse wrote it for 12 weeks. The Dr. would not budge on this so needless to say, I will not be coming back. UPDATE - while the response to my review from the owner of Skinny Me Med that others are able to see was written in a professional manner, I received additional private response from the owner that contain slurs and disparaging remarks about my "moral character" and "unstable mental status", all because I dared to post a review alerting people of what I consider to be price gouging at Skinny Me Med. I had high hopes for this clinic. I was severely underwhelmed with my experience. I initially thought I caught them on an off day, but they can't all be off days right?! I've been back several times and it's the same. The staff is not rude, they are pleasant enough, but not very inviting or educated in their products either? Small facility, modern but simple decor. Consult room was updated with white furniture but all surfaces were very dusty. Seems to be short staffed with no time to clean? This struck me as Strange for a medical facility. Consultation was more of the same underwhelming experience. The doctor, a female I was happy to see, asked the same questions that I had physically answered at check in. I was confused at that as well. The whole consult felt very scripted. I'm still looking for a tailored weight loss and nutritional, informative experience. No blood work was offered or performed. They did offer me a B12 injection, however I suffer from hormonal acne and B12 is a trigger, so I had to decline. It's too bad too, bc I need the energy so badly! Immediately I was offered the phentermine which I was excited about! I disclosed that I had used this in the past and it was a great jump start for my previous weight loss journey a decade ago. I got prescribed their highest dosage which is 37mg. I purchased 2 weeks at a time and several rounds over the next couple months. ($50/7 pills) 3 months later, no weight loss and no increased energy. No one has ever called me to follow up on my progress. Ask how I'm feeling, nada. No follow up/weigh-ins or status updates when I've walked in to purchase more. In addition to the Phentermine, they hand you a small Manila envelope with 7 small round red pills. I've asked in person and over the phone several times what these pills are exactly and I have yet to speak to anyone who can clarify! So I stopped taking anything from this clinic. I also have major issues getting through over the phone every time I call. Either it just rings and rings or when my call does get picked up, they say they can't hear me and hang up. (This doesn't happen with any other call and I make calls on the same phone all day long for work.) Front desk needs to do better. I called today to inquire about new services and let them know I haven't had any success... this would've been their opportunity to offer the great services I've read about... I received no feedback, suggestions, or anything actually. A friend of mine lost 6 lbs last week, her first week and is paying FAR less for these same pills @ double the quantity elsewhere and thus, I will start elsewhere too. Skinny me med is 20 minutes from my house and this new place will be 1.5 hour drive. It's too bad it didn't work out and they didn't care enough to try and help me. read more

Of all the clinics to choose from, this clinic is the best by far. Great customer service, fair prices, and a lipotropic is included with every weeks' worth of HCG injections. Unfortunately, two of my HCG needles were snapped in two places, rendering them unsafe and unusable. I also spent money on what the staff recommended as HCG safe protein bars and gained 10 pounds in a week as a result. They should grant me some sort of refund or service for their mistake. I am yet to lose the weight I put on from the protein bars I bought from their recommendation--I had to spend $450 at another clinic because I didn't plan on two of my injections being broken and having to find a clinic immediately. Didn't have a good walk-in experience and to be clear, I never got any services here. Maybe they're great, but I'll never know because my attempt to get services here was confusing and unwelcoming. I called ahead and was told that i could just walk in and get a consultation for semaglutide, as long as it was before 1pm. The lady on the phone was super friendly and seemed helpful, and seemed to have answers to the questions I posed. Next day I drove to the location and was told by desk staff I DID have to book an appt. in advance to be seen. To do that, you have to go online and create and account, which is just a process I don't typically care for until I know I'm actually going to use a place. I recognize that's just a personal thing. After fumbling through that on my phone, there was no internet service in the building so it couldn't be submitted. Again, not their direct fault but it felt like what else can go wrong here. I used this pause to ask what the consultation fee was. $100! Way too much for what I expect was going to be a 10 minute sales pitch of all the same stuff I have already read online about the drug. I didn't expect it to be free, but that's very steep considering you may walk away deciding the medication isn't for you. Maybe the desk staff was over worked or not having a great day, but I didn't get the same assuring and friendly vibe the phone rep had given me. That would have gone a long way since i was already nervous and self conscious about coming here. I still would have opted to not spend the $100 on the consult, but I might have felt better about evaluating some of their other vitamin offerings if the experience had been less awkward and cold. Just didn't feel welcomed as a first time customer--too many surprises or hoops to jump through that made me nervous about moving forward. Please consider posting transparent prices on the website and making clear you have to register before showing up. They do have competitive prices...I looked around after I went there to see if I could find something similar closer to my home. There were plenty of places that offered up similar things, but you needed to sign up for a number of sessions. Skinny Me doesn't require that you sign your life away for a number of weeks. First time here today! I had a lower back treatment of Sculpsure. My stomach is flat as I workout and eat right. Over the past few years some back fat started creeping up on me. First they have you sign forms, then take various picture views of your body. You are then led into a Room where the treatment begins. It is a combination of cold to hot, with tingling and slight cramping. It wasn't unbearable at all. The ladies are very personable and check in with you every few minutes. Total treatment time is 25 minutes. You must drink lots of water for the next couple weeks and massage the area twice a day. The office is very nice and clean. They offer all types of weight loss programs and B shots as well. Dr Joseph has a great bedside manner, and I even consulted him on a personal matter I have going on which is his speciality.
