Lindora did not work for me. First, canceling the amount they take is extremely difficult. Secondly, the injection sites aggravated my sciatica and neck, leading to excruciating pain on my right side. After a break and then returning, the same pain occurred on my left side. Despite informing them, no one addressed my concerns. I mentioned to one of the nurses that I felt after the injection a shooting pain in my neck, but the liquid was administered too quickly. This resulted in ringing in my ears and a static noise. I was eventually placed on steroids and pain medication. I haven't returned for 4 or 5 months. While I'm better now, no one from the clinic has reached out to me--they've just been taking my money! Has anyone else experienced this? read more

Recommended with caution about price and products. With compassionate help from staff, I lost 50 pounds in a year by going for weight checks and vitamin B shots 5 days a week. The products, especially the cocoa protein and bars, helped me to stay on track and boost my metabolism by eating a protein every two hours, as recommended. However, the caution on the labeling about only using the products for a limited time may prove important! I'm NOT saying my cancer was caused by the artificial sweeteners in the products, but I couldn't help thinking it they may have contributed. With that caveat, I still am considering going back for some help from staff and products because I have since gained back all but 10 of those 50 pounds and hate my weight again! read more

This is an awful company, because of the contract you have to sign. They are completely inflexible if you need to end your contract. I was a great customer. I went 4- 5 times a week, loved the staff on site and spent tons of money on supplements and food. I wanted to end my contact because I had a miscarriage (which lead to increased anxiety) and Am now currently pregnant. I tried to end my contact. In doing so I went through all of their loops // filled out paperwork and got an official doctors note. I sent an application in July // it is now October and I continue to be billed each month. When I talk to the office, the only response I have ever gotten is, there is no new result, and we will relay you message, then get back to you". This of course does not happen so I call again and they say the same thing. This company does not have any kind of customer service or accountability. Even though the program itself is a good program, I would not sign up because of the contract. The business people and doctors that support the contract are completely unethical. read more

I've never been so dissatisfied in a company as I am with Lindora. During the pandemic I reached out to them to request that my membership be put in hold because I do not feel comfortable being exposed to unnecessary germs during this time. My request was denied. They continued to charge me and collect a payment for 11 months. During this time I did not receive a single call or email asking me my status. In January I called to cancel my membership and was told to send an email which I did. They responded 14 days later only to tell me that I would be changed yet one more month! I recently received my bank statement and discovered that they not only charged me but charged an extra $10 fee! When I called to inquire, I'm told oh, we raised our rates!? Are you fricking kidding me? They are a bunch of crooks! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone! The worse customer service ever!!!! read more

My best friend began the program and I could see the results instantly. I decided to check the nearest location out and it was the best decision I made. One thing I noticed about the clinic was the staff addressing all clients by their names- everyone who walked in the door but foremost their attentiveness to help. Second, cleanliness as exceptional meeting all the guidelines during this COVID epidemic and third, the customer service which is phenomenal. My consultation was with Maria (Clinic Manager) and was by far one of the best experiences. Not only was she transparent but informed me about the program but about changing habits and how the program supports this. We spoke goals, challenges and her willingness to answer my laundry list of questions (I literally went in with a list, lol). The process was so easy and I recommend this place. The program is not a miracle drug but a place to learn about food, consumption but foremost wellness to be healthy. I am starting this week and never been more excited! I do not recommend this office or diet. It is a low calorie keto diet without medical supervision. It is complicated & time consuming. Labs & visit with a Nurse Practitioner on first visit only. Then you see LVN's, a different one every time & if they tell you anything, it is different from what the last one said. One wants you counting every calorie, carb, fat & protein, the next says not to. One wants you eating Lindora food, the next one says eat whatever you want. It was hard to get details on the diet. I felt ill for a month. When I reviewed the diet with my doctor he said it was unhealthy. They want you there Monday through Friday and if you gain an ounce you get a lecture & they cut your carbs back even further. If you miss days they call & nag you to go back. I have lost weight eating nothing, but I don't feel healthy. Also strange that most of the staff is overweight. read more

Based on my personal results, I give Lindora one star. After a year of being on the program I lost 0 pounds. I paid $1,200 over a year in $100 installments. In addition, I spent over $1,000 in lindora supplements and a few hundred on lindora food. In my opinion, most of the lindora prepackaged food wasn't tasty. However, the strawberry protein bar was pleasant and so was the granola. My membership plan included one B vitamin shot per week and one skinny shot per month any additional shots costed me an additional fee. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, kind, and easy going if it weren't for them I would've just flat out stopped going to the lindora clinic. There was plenty of free parking at the clinic I truly wanted to lose weight unfortunately the program did not work for me. read more

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service!!!!!! Clinic is understaffed, however they still feel comfortable charging my credit card every month without providing services. Regional Manager Angela Maj** is irresponsible and ignores situations at hand. I have made several attempts to reach her, conveniently calling me at the close of the business day, and never following through on her calls/ messages left. Company manipulates situations for the benefit of the multi-million dollar empire, yet refuse to take customers' well being into consideration. The vitamin B shots are helpful. Not only with giving you the energy you need to stick to this low calorie diet, but also with feelings of bloating and menstrual cramps. In addition to the B12 shots that come with the weight lose program you purchase, you can also buy their booster shots, which consist of vitamin B12 and B6. Of course, you must pay extra for the Booster shots. Aside from the vitamin B shots, overall, I am disappointed with Lindora. I did lose weight on the program. However, it took me longer than expected to reach my desired goal, even though I followed the diet. This, of course, meant that I had to purchase additional weight lose programs along the way. Therein, lies the problem with Lindora. It is a hard diet to follow and it is very expensive. Initially, I thought it would be a short term investment, since I did not have that much weight to lose. However, not only did I have to purchase additional weight lose programs to reach my desired goal, but also, in order to keep the weight off, I needed to continually buy their food products and come into their clinic for Vitamin B shots, just to maintain. That is where they get you. When all was said and done, I spent thousands of dollars at Lindora, both to lose the weight and to keep it off. Notwithstanding all of the money I spent at Lindora over the years, it did not generate "good will." I had to stop going to their clinics a while ago, due to other demands in my life. In addition to the above referenced problems, visiting the clinics was time consuming, as was the commute in traffic. (I am located in downtown LA. Yet, none of the clinics are close to my location). As a result, I gained back some of the weight I had lost. Due to these challenging economic times, I could not afford to buy another weight loss program. Moreover, they recently raised the price for their food products, notwithstanding the current economy. I mentioned this to one of the nurses. She suggested that since I had a block of Booster shots in my profile, which I had already purchased, that I should just come in a few times a week for a booster and follow their menu. She felt I could lose the weight that way, without having to purchase another program. I thought that was a great suggestion. It certainly would have taken care of my interim weight gain. However, the corporate office would not hear of this! I recently spoke to one of the regional directors. She told me that I would have to buy another program if I wanted to come into the clinic for weight loss. She said I could not use my booster shots for that purpose. So, there it is. If you choose Lindora as your weight loss program, be prepared to spend a ton of money on their products, programs and shots. Also, expect to have to visit their clinics indefinitely, in order to lose the weight and to keep it off. Finally, if you ever find yourself in a jam, don't expect them to approve creative ways to help you. Even if you've already paid for those creative solutions! No matter how much money you may have spent there in the past, don't expect it to generate any amount of present "good will." I have been told that other weight loss programs are different. A family member went to Jenny Craig. She kept the weight off for a period of time, though less than one year. In other words, she kept the weight off that she lost at Jenny Craig, less time than I kept off the weight that I had lost at Lindora. Nonetheless, as a gesture of good will, Jenny Craig will be sending her a check for $200. Jenny Craig wants to encourage her for having kept off the weight. Compare that to my experience at Lindora. I kept the weight off for several years. But now that I need to lose a few pounds, Lindora will not even let me use shots I purchased for that purpose! read more

Its working for me! I started the program 8 weeks ago and have lost almost 30 pounds so far. I love the vitamin B shots and the daily check in. For me, it made all the difference to be "policed" while I did the program. Ive tried many other programs during the past few years, and Ive finally been able to succeed with this one. They have may different food products which you can choose to use, and while I'm not a big fan of this type of nourishment, I really like several. I have tried and failed many diets. That is until I found Lindora. I then learned it's not about diet it's about a life style change. I started the program at 309 pounds and in well under a year I lost 106 pounds. and felt great. I kept the weight off for about 2 years untill I had both of my knees replaced. I then fell into depression and went back to my old ways and gained most my weight back. In the time I was off my location in Monrovia closed. I then had to find another location. I found Pasadena. So, this clinic has a lot of prepared packaged food that is designed to help you get into ketosis. It is a low carb AND low fat/low calorie diet and it wasn't too hard to hit my goal of 15lbs. The problem is, you will definitely gain it all back. The shots made no difference for me. Linese is a huckster: she will nonchalantly overload you with a couple of bags of their food worth $300 even though you don't have to have it and a lot of it tastes terrible and is full of artificial ingredients and questionable artificial sweeteners, gluten and preservatives. When you go in, they weigh you, give you an injection and pat you on the head. They don't make any useful suggestions to help when you are under stress, they just tell you to "do a protein day" eating their products, of course. I've been there over a year and this clinic never measures you or takes your blood pressure after the your initial visit. All in all, this is not a long term weight loss solution because you don't learn how to change. read more

Do not sign up for any plans with this company! I signed up for a monthly payment agreement for which I was told was a one year plan. One month prior to the end of the agreement I asked when the contract was terminating and I was told in one month. I stopped going to the clinic one month after the one year ended but kept getting charged not only that I was being charged but I was being charged twice as much as the original amount. When I called to ask why I was being charged after the year was up and why the amount doubled I was told it was an introductory offer and that I had to terminate the agreement in writing. I have sent emails, called the clinic and have continued to be charged. I regret ever signing up with this company! Do not make the same mistake I did. read more

I agree with what the person before me said. I don't believe the so called nurses are qualified to help when you are at a plateau. You really don't lose that much weight in the length of time you pay for the program. I really question the shots they so call vitamin B12 & B6. There is another ingredient/s that are added. The question is what? What's even more baffling is that the people that work there are all over weight!! and everytime I went up to the counter to check out, they would be talking about what was for lunch that day. I tried Lindora on a groupon offer for 6 weeks of diet plan. I lost the weight but have regained most of it. The shots were not helpful and my Internist thought they were dangerous. I switched to B 12 vitamins from Costco and did not buy their products because I found that would not help me eat a healthy diet with proteins without sugar additive. This program totally works for me, every step of the way, the beginning, the plateaus, the metabolic adjustment. As far as weigh loss goes, this is pretty effortless. I kept the weigh off for nearly a year and a half and now I am back because I put about half of it back on. When they asked me why I gained some of the weight back I stated the obvious, "I ate and drank too much for too long and got lazy." The program works if you commit to it. The best part about it is that the results come relatively quickly and that is so motivating. I go everyday because it keeps me on track and when I am out of town i call in. I attended Lindora with my daughter and it was AMAZING, Nurse Betty and Nurse Cynthia were the absolute BEST. They were always coaching you on what you did wrong, what you need to do to get to your goal. It is a program that you need to work and stick to, its a lifestyle change, I almost hit my goal but had to stop going due to work schedule and I was able to keep off all of my weight except 10 pounds which I take full responsibility for since I know how to eat because I learned with this process. Okay so I started this program the week of Christmas 2015 and I have lost 40lbs so far. I have just started a second program. It was difficult to follow at first but it gets easier everyday. It is a very expensive program but I have learned a lot. I have read the book 2x time and it gives you a lot of good information on how to stick with program and using affirmations. Your state of mind has to be right. I do meditation daily and pray. Weight loss is a spiritual journey too. I would rather pay the money than be overweight. I tried doing it by myself hundreds of times and I failed. I try to use as much natural food as possible but the bars help when I am on the road a lot and traveling. I also exercise everyday for 30 minutes. Nothing too hard. I just walk. I have so much energy. I am going to keep going. Still have 50 more pounds to lose. Thank you Lindora!!!! read more
