I arrived at the office that has very convenient street parking or lot parking in the back. Once in the office, I was welcomed and handed a form to fill out about my destination and some personal information. About ten minutes later I was called into the back by another friendly lady. She was very informative about the country I was headed to and offered information pamphlets. I happily accepted and appreciated them as they are very helpful. There is a 65.00 office visit fee, they don't accept insurance and they will call in your prescription as soon as needed. I have been in and out of physical therapy for three years for a shoulder impingement/tension headaches. For three years I could not get relief. After ONE SESSION with Dr. Maddie, I felt better than I had in YEARS! I have continued to do the prescribed exercises, and I am only getting better. I was living in debilitating pain that caused me to miss out on work and life in general. Now I'm happier, my body is more relaxed, and my quality of life has improved. I had been in ankle pain for more than a year....but I did what so many of us do, I put it off, I pushed through. I climbed Mt. Whitney (after climbing all the highest peaks in Southern California) and pushed through it until I couldn't push through it anymore. Running (one of my favorite forms of exercise) was now off the table. I needed help. I sat down with a list of Physical Therapists and started calling and when I spoke to Carolyn - she listened - she asked questions and she genuinely seemed to care. After listening to me she knew I had to get in to see Dr. Maddie and she made it happen. I booked an appointment and then received my welcome packet. It was thorough and helpful and I knew what to expect before I walked into my first appointment. Maddie listened and committed to making a plan to get me back to all of my favorite activities and then she dug in and she worked hard for me and felt invested in my recovery. I can not overstate the value of the 1:1 experience. When you're working with Dr. Maddie you have her full attention and your therapy is tailored to your needs. She answers questions and keeps you informed so that you can be partners in your recovery. She uses an app to provide your home exercise routine and she adapts as needed. I was also pleasantly surprised when I was sent home with the things I needed to do my home exercises, at no extra charge! The attention to detail from Elevated Physical Therapy is unparalleled as is the level of care you'll receive from the whole team. My experience then led my husband to working with Dr. Maddie too. She makes me laugh with some of the stuff she does. It's definitely unconventional. But it works. I am a 21 year old woman with gallbladder disease. The top doctors at USC Medical Center told me my only option was to remove the organ completely or suffer with pain and take vicodin the rest of my life. Or at least until I'm forced to remove it because of the problems it will cause with other parts of my body.. With Dr.Lippman's instructions I have been cured. As long as I do what she says then I don't have any pain or other symptoms. It has now been a year since I was diagnosed. After Dr. Lippman's prescription, which included regulating my diet and taking specific supplements daily I have not had any problems. Once I stop taking the medicine she suggests is when I start to notice negative changes. So I know it works. I have gone back for follow up visits and have even been able to cut back on the number of supplements I have to take because of my improving condition. It was a little uncomfortable for about a week afterward, but nothing difficult to manage, and after that I didn't even notice it was there. By the second week, I started seeing real improvements. My sleep dramatically improved, which was the first major change I noticed. Shortly after that, my libido returned--something I honestly thought was gone for good. I've also experienced a noticeable boost in energy and much clearer thinking, with the mental fog I used to struggle with significantly improving.
