However, when I arrived, insurance verification still hadn't been completed, and I ended up waiting over 30 minutes with little explanation of what was happening or why. I understand that insurance issues can sometimes be outside a provider's control, but I would have appreciated being looped in -- for example, being asked to call my insurance directly once they ran into difficulty verifying it themselves. Update, one hour after my appointment was set to start they sent a text verifying my insurance would have covered the appointment. This experience left me a bit concerned about the practice's overall organization and will not be engaging in further treatment here.

Arrived about 20 minutes early and figured I could sit inside and wait. But they let me use the compression boots for a bit. Sat back and relaxed in a recliner chair while I waited for my appointment. Came here for a full body and glad I did it because I hold a lot of tension in my body from working out and stress. The person who worked on me (sorry I forgot his name!) really took care of me. There was some focus on certain areas but still did the full body, even including my feet. Overall, really good experience and already booked for my next appointment!
