From start to finish, it was an absolutely incredible experience! The initial consult call with Marilu was thorough, yet not overwhelming at all. They made my entire vision come to life and fit all within the budget. This was so important and really solidified that I made the right choice. Many other florists either wanted me to scale down my vision or increase my budget. I NEVER had to do that with Linens & Flowers Design. It is clear they are true professionals in this field and evident why they have some of the highest ratings on every wedding website! Leading up to the wedding day, there was consistent and clear communication that made me feel at ease and completely confident in my florist! On the wedding day, they went absolutely over and beyond. They were the MOST stunning bouquets, arrangements, etc. I had ever seen. The team showed up early & stayed - ensuring everything was perfect! The day of my wedding, bad storms were rolling through the area, the team set up all the floral arrangements and made the decision to take them down prior to the ceremony so nothing got messed up. Before guests arrived, they placed all the arrangements back in their places & they looked beautiful and completely untouched by the storms. That was something I did not even know happened until after the wedding because they made it all so so so seamless and perfect. They even made a social media reel which is so fun to watch and relive the day. After the wedding, they have checked in with me ensuring everything was perfect. Linens and Flowers was our florist and decor provider for our wedding this past weekend. I'm not sure I could write a review that will capture how impressed we are with them. The long story short is we would recommend them to anyone and everyone. There is not a single comment I have for improvement, they were perfect. Every person you interact with will be incredible, from Marilu, Rocio, Jesi and others are professional, very kind, and extremely talented. They work around budgets, and are very considerate of the wants of the couple. The planning and preparation phase was made easy by Marilu, and she is extremely knowledgeable on design and was helpful to guide us when we did not have a preference. Rocio and Jesi handled the day of operations, and they were completely autonomous. My wife and I did not have to be involved at all, and the ceremony and reception were beautiful beyond our expectations. Our wedding planner speaks highly of Linens and Flowers, as they have worked together before, and now we know why. They are a mix of professionals that feel like talking to family. Through the meetings with them, you see all the awards they have won, and they deserve every single one. Meeting Marilu was one of the highlights of our wedding planning process. Marilu and her sister were kind, patient, detailed and inquisitive. They didn't try and rush us every time we had a question. They made sure to get to know us and what we wanted. They checked and rechecked everything ensuring our vision was perfect. They took our vision and made it a exponentially better. We got the boutonnières, bouquets, aisle floral, large arrangements, table overlays (gorgeous sparkling silver), napkins, birch trees, cocktail table centerpieces, floating candles and flowers, along with the most gorgeous cherry blossoms along with our breathtaking sweetheart table. We didn't even really want a sweetheart table and we were so grateful we got it because it truly was a masterpiece. They made everything beyond perfect. We had less than zero complaints. A wedding process can be so stressful and they made the linen and decor process the best we could have ever imagined. And on top of that they are the sweetest most loving people. We met with Marilu and instantly felt like family! In our first meeting about the florals and "vibe" my daughter wanted for her wedding, Marilu understood and gave us great options. We also wanted linens, cloth napkins, table numbers and chargers and They have a great selection. Marilu truly is an incredible blessing from our wedding planning! She really took the time to talk with me, understand what my vision was and helped guide me through bringing it to life! Her and her sister did an exceptional job not only with the selection of floral arrangements we had for our wedding day but, but she went above and beyond in how she worked hand in hand with me to personalize our venue and make it something magical! We had custom vases, all varying in size, throughout the entire venue and Marilu took the time to ensure each arrangement looked as beautiful and stunning as possible!
