The supervisor responded that they purchase parts from a "reputable website." When I explained that the part I found was an OEM part from a reputable source, no explanation was given for the significant price difference. I then requested to speak with a manager, owner, or someone higher up, but was repeatedly told that no one was available. At no point was a clear diagnosis, justification, or cost breakdown provided. This experience gave the impression that the company assigns inflated, arbitrary prices without being able to clearly explain the root cause of the issue or justify their diagnosis--yet expects customers to blindly trust them. After reading other reviews, I noticed a consistent pattern of similar complaints. At this point, it's clear the issue is not the customers.

Husband and wife team do nice work getting the necessary parts to keep the house working. Repair parts, consumables, and accessories: they know their business well enough to provide some guidance over the phone and they may even do a once over lightly in the shop if they have a comp available (especially helpful when attempting laundry repairs.)
