They actually care about their customers (as opposed to other travel agencies who merely want your money). Once I was traveling to Florida from San Francisco with my wife and 2 kids in a very snowy December. We landed in Denver, unsure if we would be able to take off due to the bad snowstorms. My Travel Design agent, Shekar, called my cell phone during our layover just to make sure we were OK. He let me know that if our flight was cancelled he would find another way for us to join our family reunion for Christmas. Turns out, our flight was OK and we got out of DIA without any problems, but the fact that Shekar took the time to check on us and reassure me that we would have a fine vacation really impressed me. This time Masterpiece Travels did a great job helping us plan a very complex multi-part trip that included countries, Disney parks, non-disney stops and a cruise. They worked with us to meet all our needs. With them we setup the trip of a lifetime. They connected all the disparate pieces (this was not a simple all inclusive trip we worked out).
