My Travel Design agent, Shekar, called my cell phone during our layover just to make sure we were OK. He let me know that if our flight was cancelled he would find another way for us to join our family reunion for Christmas. Turns out, our flight was OK and we got out of DIA without any problems, but the fact that Shekar took the time to check on us and reassure me that we would have a fine vacation really impressed me.
