After moving 2 hours away from Dr. Le's practice, I quickly realized the grass isn't always greener. I tried a local dentist but was met with disappointment. Dr. Le listened carefully & asked pertinent questions, then answered my questions intelligently. Her mission of restoration - both functional & cosmetic & the artistry involved is key! Dr Le and her staff are amazing. They don't rush. I haven't see dr Le in a long time. I need a root canal. I was nervous. She uses a really good numbing cream that is very effective. I barely felt the shot. It didn't take long to go into affect. I didn't feel the root canal. She made it look easy. She listened to my concerns and took care of the concerns. When I brought my mom to meet Dr Linh Le and her team - I felt like an airplane that had finally found the right place to land. I've been searching for a dentist for my mom. It's hard finding a quality dentist for a parent. You have to trust the doctor, believe they have your family's best interest at heart, and of course I want my mom to have a good experience. All these search boxes are checked after visiting Dr Le and entrusting my mom's teeth to the dr and her caring, professional staff. Mostly staffed by women, which is very comforting to my senior mother. Girl power is strong here. Dr Le offers a free consultation. I was searching for a dentist to help mom with her aging teeth and we were considering implants. Mom has issues with enough bone for an implant as well as previous bad experiences with other dentists that either were very busy (high patient volume, factory line) or did not have mom's best interest (the office just thought of money vs the patient). btw, parking is easy -the office is next to a mall where there is CVS pharmacy and a Pizza Hut. plenty of parking. Dr Le was on time and sharp. She examined mom and asked questions on what our goals for her teeth are? Checking in at different points to ensure we understood the state of her teeth and the treatment plan proposed. We were always informed on what was happening. Very reassuring and the communication by dr and staff is always present. Mom decided to go with Dr Le after meeting her just once (sometimes you just know this is the right doctor for you). Mom is old school and very skeptical; so, I was surprised that mom selected Dr Le because we had other drs scheduled for consultations later in the week. Drop the mic, done! Time is money. If want to save time, come see Dr Le first. She is not bargain basement. Don't be cheap when it comes to a family's teeth. However, she will work with you because her and her staff truly believe the quality of care they deliver has value - not just in the teeth but the quality of life after the patient leaves their office. 1000% agree! It took me a long time to write this review because I really loved the ladies in the office from the hygienist to front desk however I need to warn others that Dr. Le charged me for one tooth that was not ever touched or worked on and refused to make it right by issuing a refund for the un-touched tooth. I was going out of town for a job and my front cap broke off. I had a huge gaping black hole where my tooth was so a friend said to call her right away to see if she could take me before I had to fly out. Originally Dr. Le and I discussed 6 teeth to be done, ( a bridge and caps) because in addition I had old veneers. I was given the estimate for 6 teeth. The money was charged to my Care Credit account for 6 teeth. Care Credit paid Dr. Le in full. Dr. Le gave me a temporary cap to last for the trip and the remainder of the work was to be completed upon return. I have one veneer that was in perfect condition so decided not to re-do that one after all. The work on the other teeth had not yet started so I saw no reason to not issue a credit. When I returned I had called to talk with Dr. Le to ask for a refund/credit but my call was fielded by the front desk who said they would ask her for me. I have emails showing my request for a refund for one tooth. The email was answered by Sunny at the front desk saying that no adjustment could be made. At my next visit I spoke to Dr. Le and explained that the quote was for the 6 teeth we originally discussed, but I only wanted 5 now (MY mouth, MY money and MY right to decide!) She said "Sorry the price is the price". Basically , too bad you got ripped off. I contacted Care Credit who will not help because they say its between me and the dentist. Well, the dentist is dishonest and greedy. I now paid an additional $1500 for a tooth that I have had no work done on. I still pay on this each month and have a looong way to go. I have never had a problem paying someone for HONEST work, but don't want to pay for something I didn't get! My message to Dr. Le is why would you do business like this? My tooth was missing and I needed work done quickly, so you decided to take advantage? I paid out of pocket. Shame on you! I will never recommend this office. read more

Sadly I experienced the worst dental experience in my life and I am 65 years old.  This dentist misrepresented herself as far as the work she was able to do and let me know she could not finish more than halfway thru my implant procedure and I am left to find another dentist having no front tooth.  I was compromised emotionally as she laughed at me when I asked for my refund and am definitely compromised financially as there is still a balance owed me.  In every way this this woman rates far below the bar especially when it comes to ethics.  Do not GO !!!   When I told her I'd be reviewing her in a few places I was told her office will be forwarding  all emails communications, dental records and signed release forms to her attorney as well as the SFV Dental Society/ American Dental Association to review and asses if there is attempt to defame or mis-characterize her. I am not trying to do any of that, just save you from a lot of time money and a bad dental experience in the name of honesty. read more

I definitely recommend this Dentist facility! They are the most friendly, kind, and caring staff I have ever met! They make sure to consistently check in with you, and are super gentle when performing any fillings! I used to come here when I was 8-9, and every time I finished my appointment, I would be treated with a small gift.
