The short of it is: My 80 year old MIL has been putting off getting a house cleaner for a very long time due to extremely high anxiety about, well, basically everything (and I mean EVERYTHING). Before finding Blue Rose Cleaning Services, I hadn't found a cleaner I felt would do the job in such a way as to reduce my MIL's anxiety. Cue Rosemeri! Oh my goodness. From the moment we spoke on the phone, I knew my MIL would be in good hands. Rosemeri explained the services offered, worked with me on the right balance of time spent on a deep clean and my MIL's school teacher retirement budget, and then set up a monthly service so that the house would stay in good shape. And then Marcelo and Hetielle!! These two people are just the loveliest. Absolute joy to be around. They do an amazing cleaning job and worked around my MIL's - shall we say, ever present and excitable - frenchie dog. And also put my MIL at complete ease. Okay, maybe not so short, but hopefully you can tell that I am truly appreciative and deeply grateful beyond words. Not Dany Maids, I sent them photos and they gave me a quote for a while house deep clean, and they stayed to their quote! They had a two technician team come, and I wasn't home, I gave them the door code and they came on time, spent 4-5 hours deep cleaning the house and locked up when they completed! Valerie was the manager I communicated with and she was awesome! She communicated very well, was quick to reply in text message and even called me for a follow up to see if I was happy with their service! When I found Home Cleaning Home on Yelp through their very high reviews and Yelp guarantee, I was willing to take a chance! I reached out through Yelp and Vina (the Owner) responded same-day and quite quickly I booked our first cleaning for the following week. The plan was to have an initial cleaning and if all went well, we'd continue to have monthly cleanings. On day of cleaning, Vina arrived right on time and did a walk through to assess the level of cleaning needed for the first time, set expectations, and discuss pricing and scheduling. Vina's very professional and everything discussed sounded reasonable. Vina determined a deep cleaning would be necessary for the 1st time and the additional cleaning of the inside of the stove was quoted as well. Vina left and the two cleaners came in with all their supplies and got to work right away. Around 3 hours later, the cleaners were all done and our 2-story approx 1,800sqft house was immaculate and smelling fresh and clean. I text Vina to arrange payment which we agreed to complete via Zelle. Then, we set up a plan for Vina to text me at the beginning of each month to schedule the month's cleaning. April 1st Vina text me and we scheduled April's cleaning for the following week with a tentative timeframe. Day before, Vina text me to confirm the exact time. Day of cleaning, the same 2 cleaners came a few minutes after the scheduled time and same as before brought their supplies in and got right to work. Two hours later, they were done and the house was just as clean as the 1st time. My husband and I have both been very pleased with Home Cleaning Home service and are so glad we found them! Pricing for our size home (2-story, 3 bed, 3 bath, 1,800sqft) is $250/month and although it's significantly more expensive than a friend pays for her house cleaning, we feel it's worth it and that cleaners deserve to be paid a living wage so we're happy. I'd recommend Home Cleaning Home to anyone in the Sacramento area looking for cleaners for one-time or consistently.

Our floors had just been demo's except for some rooms that had dust from removing popcorn debris. The floors with the popcorn debris were incredibly dusty after the water dried up after the left. It was clear the just moved a mop around but didn't try to actually get the dirt off the floor. We asked them to scrub the walls to get the dirt and grime off and the walls looked like they had zero elbow grease put into them. Again, just like they had barely put some product onto the wall but didn't actually scrub anything off the wall. Would not recommend this service, as they finished a 1700 sq foot house in 2 hours.

I did point out the scratches on the microwave to Michelle, but she stated they could not have caused by them because they use soft cloths to clean. However those scratches were NOT there prior to the cleaning. Same with the oven - I honestly never have cleaned inside my oven before today. The only people to have cleaned it previously were Michelle's team. There are extremely deep scratches in the bottom of my oven that could only have been caused by scrubbing with something very rough. It's really damaged and the only people that could have damaged it are the cleaners. It's very very disappointing.
