I take my paperwork to the local office (a different one than the Gahanna location) and they refile it. Then last fall I get another notice from the state of ohio saying my W-2 used the wrong information to enter income tax. I take paperwork to the Gahanna location and they file a claim. The claim comes back denied with the reasons listed as "not covered". Not sure why I bought the peace of mind, the mistake was H&R Block entering the information. Will never use them again.
