I went to ship my package, I didn't have a label and asked if they could print it. I was directed to use the computer. The computer mouse looked like it had dried snot on it so that wasn't the best. I used the provided hand sanitizer to wipe off the mouse, but it's still disgusting, but I braved it. I started clicking on the subject boxes...nothing happened. I asked for assistance and was told to click on chrome...a blank screen popped up. Thank HEAVENS FedEx was just up the road and provided wonderful customer service! Raleigh was very patient and kind. They even printed mymy shipping label off for me! Skip the OOPS (UPS) and go to FedEx if you want a better customer experience.

I chose the onsite appointment, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. They were timely, unloaded everything for me, and the payment process was quick and easy. Got a quick, pleasant response with tons of info and various options. Had initially looked into having them come to house - but after comparing the price for that vs the price to bring to their facility, opted to bring it there. Facility was easy to find by the airport and once there, the interaction was fast and smooth!! Everyone I encountered was extremely friendly and pleasant! And they did all the 'heavy lifting'! The WHOLE process couldn't have gone any better!!! I would HIGHLY recommend Ohio Mobile Shredding!!
