They have shipping and mailing services for USPS, Fed Ex and UPS all in one place, which is really convenient. They also offer printing services, but I have never used those. I thought we'd package it together but he said he'd do it later. I paid, got my receipts and left. Then I got an email and call from Nintendo and they said an empty package arrived to them. Nintendo is investigating for theft. So either the employee stole my son's switch or they packaged it up and it was stolen in route to Nintendo. Luckily Nintendo is going to replace the switch and I'm filling a claim with ups and reporting the store. My son is attached to his stuff. And even though he's getting a new one, he's upset because he just wants his stuff. I really really don't like thieves. I'm not accusing this store but it didn't feel right not seeing my sons switch packaged up. I should have demanded to see them package it because now I have no idea if it was ever in the box. At least if I saw them package it up I'd know it wasnt someone at the store who stole it. Nintendo told me they received a perfectly packaged unopened box with nothing in it but padding. Overall we got a bad deal from this store and I'll never go back accept to file my claim. If I could give no stars then I would. We are so disappointed. I took my son with me to use the whole experience as a teachable moment and the only teachable moment I have now is that people steal and you have to protect yourself.

I believed they were being bullied until this year, 2021. I have not had anything that was sent priority or overnight actually arrive within their window that was paid for. I have relied on deliveries from the USPS, a shipper chosen out of my control, for medical supplies used for my recuperation after cancer surgery. You can't rely on the USPS. Their system is constantly incorrect. Out of 8 major deliveries this year, not one has arrived within the stated timeframe on their website. As a matter of fact, 4 have arrived with a date showing it was on-time delivery for later that date except it was already 3 days later. Even calling USPS doesn't help. Hold times are so long it is hours later before getting a callback from someone who also. Any provide answers on why the system is showing on-time for a long-past due date. We have UPS in this neighborhood and another 7 minute drive further and there is a FedEx store as well. Meanwhile, medical supplies are lost on a truck out for delivery for late yesterday... Sunday. I didn't even know this was an option, or do they not know when they work anymore? If there is a way to source what you need locally or switch your business over to more reliable shippers, that is going to keep customers happier than this. Delayed medical care because I ordered supplies well in advance and they still can't get here on time. The company I work for doesn't even bother with USPS for customer critical deliveries because of the terrible service provided when they were given a chance. This is different from my review years ago of the 43227 post office who was knowingly delivering my mail to the same wrong address clear across the zip code.

I have a mailbox which I can access 24-7 and have used scanning and document shredding in the past. All services are cost effective and less than scanning at the regular office supply stores. On February 26, 2025, the staff assisted me with my first international shipping project. It went so smoothly and I received an explanation of every detail as my 5 boxes of 250# journals were being prepared to be sent to Dublin Ireland.
