What is more disappointing was his lack of respect. His nasty tone thinking he is superior to everyone else. I wonder if he is this disrespectful to his workers. I tried on two previous occasions with two other landscapers and was disappointed both times. Ken understood what I was hoping to create with my outdoor spaces and made it happen. He used plants and rocks that were different and beautiful. One of the trees that he found for me, he hoped he could find another for himself! It is probably my favorite. Ken oversaw the project with a critical eye. He was not afraid to make changes to his original plan, in order to please me, or his own sense of style as the project progressed. In addition, he did my fencing and lighting. I didn't have to deal with coordinating between companies. Ken took care of it all. He was so easy to work with.
