Purchased a large number of items for a backyard project, spent close to 2k. Almost every tree died or dying!!!! Tried everything, soil testing, ran auto watering hoses, tried the apps and the forums. Went back to country view, explained the situation wasn't even asking for a refund. Immediately they all started singing like birds in the trees, NOT OUR FAULT, CANT DO NOTHING, we had a drought, we don't know this and we don't know that, bla bla bla bla. At some point one of the employees asked what would I like them to do, my reply was I don't know, what are the options, what do you offer in cases like this, you are the ones running this business. Kept the receipts and pictures for proof. Not going to post them, just an experience. Don't care about it one way or another. The ending, they didn't even offer to come over and take a look and see what happened or why. Dug out all of the dead and dying trees, went around the corner to a lovely nursery place and purchased all new trees and shrubs. Save your money, time and sanity!!! He took my order and the delivery was made as promised The driver even lined up the pallets in my driveway so the they would be out of the way of my cars. When the job was over. I discovered that I had over ordered and made arrangements with Chris to return some material. I always get a full yard here. They don't skimp and they don't jerk you around. Pull up to the red building and walk in, tell the guy what you want, pay for it, and he'll tell you where to wait. Within a minute or two the loader comes over, scoops your mulch, dumps it into your truck, and the driver waves to you. Off you go. No muss, no fuss. Price wise, they aren't sneaky. They advertise on Craigslist and they are always competitive. Some years they are a buck or two above average, other years a buck or two below but it doesn't matter because, as I said, you get your money's worth here. They will also deliver for a fee if that's what you need.

I requested, if possible, to split the 9 yards as I have a circular driveway and would be easier for my worker. As I attempted to leave my home for a scheduled doctor appointment, to my surprise, I found both entrances totally blocked with mulch! I immediately called the office and explained the situation. The owner, Jerry, clearly stated there was nothing he could do about it. I voiced my concern about not being able to exit my home in the event of an emergency. I suggested perhaps the driver whom was only 10 minutes away could come back and make a path. I was so taken with his "I don't care" attitude especially being an owner. What is more disappointing was his lack of respect. His nasty tone thinking he is superior to everyone else. I wonder if he is this disrespectful to his workers.
