I don't agree with what the team said here. They only added in the pieces they forgot after I…read morereminded them multiple times. And they said they do not have a limit on the number of revisions but I have an email from them stating they usually only allow 3 revisions. They tried to fix this by allowing one more revision but if I had known that they had any kind of limit then I never would have booked with them. They also state in their response that I (the client) am responsible for making sure the items they suggest are quality before I order but then what's the point of hiring a designer? They are already supposed to do that kind of background work.

I loved that they truly captured her family's unique style and the house felt comfortable and true to them. Fast forward a few months, my husband and I just purchased a new home and were trying to blend our households. My furniture from my Bay Area condo looked like doll furniture in our space and I knew this was too big of a project for us to do on our own, we needed help. Cue Mackenzie and team! The process was incredibly easy: we met with the team, described our project and they went to town. They really took the time to understand my husband and I, our style and how to make our space both family (and cat) friendly. We had our sneak peek presentation and we were so excited what they came up with, it felt so US and fit our space. We couldn't wait to see how it all came together. When we had our final presentation we were blown away! The pieces that the team selected were amazing and would have taken us forever to find on our own. We got to see everything visually, were provided with a layout so we knew how to arrange everything, and got a shopping list. The team was available for questions and helped us out with substitutions if we needed to make them. We get compliments on our place ALL the time, its so different from what a lot of our neighbors/friends have in their homes because its so personal. I could not be happier with our experience using Scheme and the Mackenzie Collier Interiors team. I could not love our space any more, its simply beautiful and so us.

Think you can't afford an interior designer? Don't be so sure. My husband and I bought some…read morefurniture (impulse buy) less than 9 months ago and have been sorry from the day it arrived. Funny how fabric on a 6-inch swatch looks totally different on a large sofa. After many arguments and fruitless hours looking for just an area rug, we were left with only three options. 1. Divorce with a custody battle over who had to take the furniture. 2. Take up smoking so we could accidentally set the sofa on fire. 3. Hire an interior designer. The least costly of the three. We went with the latter, and it was the best decision we could have made. I found Suzanne on a Google search, not the preferred way to find a designer, but we lucked out. She is flexible and will provide as much or as little guidance in the design process as you would like, anything from just a consultation on paint color to actually shopping for and purchasing the furnishings, the route we chose. Suzanne is fast, too. Within a week of getting our painting completed, she had purchased and arranged for delivery of all of our new furnishings (she also used what we had already bought). We were not allowed to see the room until it was completed, just like on HGTV. I used to think the shocked look on the homeowner's face was well-rehearsed, but my husband and I could not believe it was the same room! And although we had the option to return anything we did not like, of about 30 items she chose for us, which included everything from furniture and accessories to lighting and artwork, we returned one piece. And this is from someone who thinks they need self-check return lines. She was always mindful of our budget, which was probably pathetic by Scottsdale standards, but you can't tell by the finished project (I have posted a couple photos). She also offers redesign services, using your existing stuff in new ways. As for the area rug, we love what she chose. Unfortunately, so do the two destruction machines that sneak out every night to claw it. We're hitting PetsMart this weekend for devices to scare the crap out of them, wait I don't need that on the rug either! I'm sure the puking on it will come sooner rather than later.

She was excellent from start to finish, offering excellent communication, fair pricing and always arriving on time for every single appointment. She also provided amazing referrals for the work that was done. At her recommendation the construction work was performed by M3 Remodeling, they provided outstanding work at a competitive price. Work done included removing a wall separating two rooms, converting the fire place into a very eye catching feature, new floors, full master bathroom transformation, furniture for the entire home, new artwork and more. I am completely thrilled to have worked with Suzanne, and would highly recommend an initial consultation with her to see if her services can be beneficial.

Her renderings were inspiring and convinced us to go for it! Her ideas and attention to detail were amazing, and she is so easy to work with! We are just completing the project and our hopes and her vision have come to life - exactly as depicted in the renderings! We love our "new" home and would highly recommend Raelynn!

I am doing a full construction project that is Redeveloping a building close to GCU. I had 5 meetings with full architecture firms at the same time that I was meeting with Raelynn. These firms have done some of the biggest projects in the city. I was also working with a family member that is a licensed Architect. I was hesitant at first as she was a smaller firm and not the same licensing, Raelynn seemed to be the only one that listened and met with me at the site and I can say that she nailed my vision pretty much at the first attempt, truly. Yes we had changes but her ability to see what needs to be done and create it is very impressive. I have been working with her for nearly a year and I am new to Redevelopment and she has made it an absolute walk in the park. She navigates every problem and stands by you. I can say working with zoning and the City of Phoenix has been wonderful but I truly attribute that to her and how accurate she is and dots her i's and crosses her t's. She is your partner in your project. I can not wait for you to see what she has done for us. TheTwistedLope.com by GCU. Aside from the enormous task of designing what I consider to be a show piece, she asked me if she could design our logo for the business, I said yes and I feel like we got every penny we paid in great design back, we have gotten so many compliments on the logo she did. Again she listened and nailed it. I don't love recommending people to other people because you never know what experience they will have and you hate to be in the middle, however, I can say that I would recommend Raelynn to anyone for anything, ok design yes, but I am such a fan I believe if you gave her a little time at anything she could do it. Raelynn has my number and I will always be happy to give a recommendation if she needs it. She is One of A Kind in the design field and will do a great job for you.
