Botello Builders did an awesome job of replacing our crappy, falling down wood fence with a new, nice-looking, sturdy block wall, making our back yard a much more pleasant and private place. They also did a fantastic job of putting together all the documentation we needed to get approval from our HOA, which made all the difference. We were literally able to go from a quote to a completed block wall inside of one week. I've been long remiss in writing this review, but I'm happy to be able to report that after more than six months and some pretty intense monsoon storms, as well as daily use of the back gate, everything is as perfect and as functional as it was on day one. read more

Botello completed our projects timely and only went into the second day due to them needing to come out and finish off a few open blocks. Very detailed with their estimate showing aerial views and markings where the work needed to be done. Very professional and Owner came to the project (Our house) to check in on the progress of the two workers. Spoke with him on a second project which he was able to do that same same day. Requested bid for Ins work on our wall from a car accident and I was willing to pay up front provided I received a bid that I could get the insurance company to approve. Botello wanted $100. I really wanted to get them to do the work based on the referrals but the communication was like pulling teeth. There is something broken in this process. Promises made; promises kept! That was my experience with Botello Builders. We often hear nightmare stories about projects going sideways and homeowners experiencing delays and excuses. Well, I had none of that. My projects were to cover up the fireplace and paint the family room and wallpaper the guest bath. From the first visit to assess the work, Steve Scano never let me down. He provided detailed quotes, start and end dates and what to expect. He kept me informed every day of estimated start and stop times and texted me when they were on the way. Project started on a Tuesday with moving furniture and prepping the house for minimal dirt and destruction and ended early Friday afternoon. Except for a beautiful family room and bath, you would never know any work had been done in my house! I hired Steve and his crew at Botello Builders to finish my master bath remodel after I had to fire the contractor that started the job. Botello Builders removed part of the concrete block exterior of my house in preparation for a new window, removed some of the existing facade on the exterior, restuccoed and painted after 4 new windows were installed. There was some interior drywall work as well. Throughout the job, I was impressed with the communication, professionalism, timeliness, and results provided by Botello Builders.
