I called the next week to check the status and was told by the same person that told me the shirts would be ready that my shirts were not ready and wouldn't be until November 1! 2 1/2 weeks from the time I dropped off the shirts! Customer service is definitely not their specialty and I wouldn't recommend. If you want courteous, quick service for a great price then I HIGHLY recommend EMBROIDERY ABACOA instead. I took my shirts over to the owner of that shop and she had them back to me in 3 days and they looked fantastic and were $2 LESS per shirt than EmbroiderMe.
