I don't believe the salesperson was open about the cost of the device, details of the contract or terms of the 14 day guarantee. Within the 14 day period nearly every store including Verizon offered the Galaxy S5 cost $1 or free. When I called about a price adjustment, I was told that wasn't possible. When I asked about returning the phone within the 14 day period I was told by a different sales person at the store that there was a$50 restocking fee and I would not be able to reactivate my account for 30 days per terms of the contract. When I tried to tell the sale person that I was not given the opportunity to read the contract (& I mistakenly trusted the sales person who sold me the phone), he dismissed me and took my info to call me back. Needless to say, I have not yet received a call back. Yes I should have read the contract however I did not and I was hoping for at least some compromise from Go Wireless. read more
