In all honesty, me and my husband went here while he was visiting family. Me and him are professional line/country/swing dancers, and we just wanted to see how the "country dancing bars" worked near his hometown. He's from Roundup, so Billings is the closest "city" to him. I'm not sure WHICH REVIEW said they should play more hiphop, but they definitely took that a little too seriously. We stayed until 11pm because there was absolutely no country music played. (We went on a Thursday), the only people there for the 4 hours we were there were the staff, and a few other people. It was completely dead honestly. We decided to just leave to get some food, and as we left, the DJ asked us why we were "leaving so soon". Um.. idk.. maybe because we came dressed in our country/swing attire ready to dance just to hear music I'd listen to alone in my room if I'm sad drinking. I don't think it's a bad bar in any sense, though. The staff seemed very friendly, and honestly, I think we just picked a bad night to go. It was freezing cold out, and maybe we got there too early? Either way, I just personally didn't enjoy my time, but I know many others would definitely enjoy it if they like normal club experiences. This is a great place to go dancing in your 20s and 30s. But if you're older, just a warning, nothing really starts happening until 1030 or 11 PM. By then some of us are ready to go back home and get in bed... :-) Went here for a friends birthday party. It was a great place to dance, hang out and play pool. The drinks were pretty cheap too. If you stumble in a weary traveler looking for a cold drink, you may find some of the many treasures Billings has to offer: a modern day Billy Ray Cyrus, Montanan Cowboys, a dancing midget.... only to name a few. Typically I love Daisy's. However, if you're a woman trying to get a drink from another woman bar tender or the "bar manager"- forget it. The music is a great mix of exactly what you want to dance to, but the drink service is terrible. Great place to go if you like under aged girls. Went there tonight with my fiancé, who is 25, and was denied for a scuff on his id. Provided credit cards and identification to validate his license and still got turned away. Too bad he wasn't a young hot girl, considering my baby cousin was let in who's under aged.
