I'm super passionate about sexual health and education! The product here compared to my store is superb. Big selection, a lot of lingerie, a lot of high end toys. I was very excited! However, compared to every other store I've been to, the staff was.... Dwindling, help-wise. Very little willingness to engage, stayed behind the counter, didn't really interact with customers or help me with product questions. I found a product I loved, but I couldn't find it anywhere else, and was out of state when I got paid and could afford it. I called to ask what the product was. I told them where it was, what it looked like, the display it was on. I asked the product name and the brand. They told me it "didn't have a brand," but in reality, they just didn't want to say or spell it out because it was eccentric. But they didn't just tell me that. It's mjuze. They could have said they didn't know how to pronounce it, but the word "lithe" mispronounced led me on a wild goose chase for over a week to find this item because I couldn't get over to the lion's den. It ended with a kind soul on twitter finding this item after searching for over a week and consulting three different other adult stores. The products are great, but I'd love for the staff to be a little more communicative! There's not a lot of room to be shy in this field.

Seriously, it's been there since at least 2002, which is when I moved to Zanesville as a teenager. Although, I am surprised it's still around. It's currently tucked between Bath and Body Works and TJ Maxx, directly across from the food court. The big windows and pink signage is easy to see. Just like in every Victoria Secret on the planet, it's very hard to miss... especially if you're looking for it. Once you walk through the wide entrance, you'll likely be greeted by someone folding underwear, lost in conversation with another employee. This is good if you want to be left alone to shop, but not so good when you're left standing at the checkout, trying to flag someone down so you can pay and be on your way. The store is kept relatively organized, but depending on the time of year, you may arrive to find it in shambles. Also, depending on what you're looking for, you may be able to find it easily or you may be out of luck. This place definitely doesn't have something for everyone and honestly... VS needs to get it together. You don't carry a size XL in your most basic af panties and your XL is comparable to everyone else's size M. I stopped buying bras here forever ago and if it wasn't for their super dope sales (like 10 pairs of underwear for $35, score!), I wouldn't be here at all. I'd really like to see VS step into 2019 by offering sizes for the everyday woman. Until then, I imagine this store will continue to stay put in the mall, but I doubt the experience gets any better.

I have made a few purchases from this location for several bachelorette parties, and for personal fun. They have an assortment of lubricants, toys, games, videos, condoms - flavored, scented, glow in the dark, and attire. The staff has always been very friendly, and not at all intrussive. They will answer any questions without making you feel awkward.

She noticed I was about to leave until she said "You can't leave an adult store with nothing!" She took the time to show us one of the goodie bags for couples. I totally got one & I was very happy. :) I will be coming back!
