This is one of the larger Lane Bryant stores I've visited. The layout is similar to other stores with Cacique products on the left and other clothing on the right. It allows for easy browsing because you can see the clothes. They aren't crammed onto racks which are practically on top of other racks. The lines were kind of long while checking out but it was handled well. The manager opened up another register, and gave everyone that was in line a special coupon to use on our next purchase for having such a long wait.

I believe this gentleman is probably a manager or something higher since I've seen him there for years. However, I am sick of every time I walk in the store being hounded by the employees. They always ask when the last time you got a bra fitting was and want to give you one as soon as you walk in. They do it in the middle of the store. NO one that I have talked to enjoys this. It is a nice service that they have but keep it to the dressing room area and post it on the walls that if people want them they can ask.

There is one employee in particular, (I believe her name is Kelly,) and she's incredibly nice and helpful every time I've gone in. She's very knowledgeable about the different styles and merchandise, and always offers advice and ideas about what to pair with what. She is always willing to check the back, as well as call other stores and check online when you're on the hunt for something. She's also very knowledgeable about different body types and offers suggestions based on that. All of the employees there are very friendly and greet you as soon as you walk in. They always offer to help if you need anything, and start a dressing room for you. There are some other Torrid stores I've been to where they hate taking online returns. Thankfully I've never had that experience here. This store is very clean and organized, and even for a relatively smaller store, it is well stocked.
