This news has been distressing for us, especially since this was our first holiday season with out my own mother, who had passed in August of this year. My Fathers Ex Wife decided to sue and press charges in November. It was a very stressful Thanksgiving when I saw that my Dad had been served these charges. I looked up a Law Firm close to where my father lives and found Joy and her firm. I am so glad that I pushed my Dad to apply when I did! Joy and her team looked over the papers and saw we had already missed a court date and did not receive all of the papers as expected. I am so Thankful that Joy took on my Dad's case!
