Our road to answers started with her pediatrician. Then PT, chiropractors, massage therapy and a spine clinic. Several x-rays and MRIs later, nobody had the correct diagnosis for her and none of the treatments they told us to try gave any relief. Fed up with the system we looked toward one more medical professional, an osteopath. We met with him and within seconds he showed concern with the extreme curve in her spine. He ordered another x-ray and 3 views on an MRI. He diagnosed her with Scheuermann's Kyphosis. Basically her spine was caving in on itself. He was not confident in the abilities of the professionals in our state (neither were we) and suggested we search elsewhere for a surgeon. We researched the disorder and Dr.'s that treat this and found Dr. Lowenstein. We asked our osteopath for help ensuring this was a good place to go and he told us to get her there ASAP. We scheduled a telehealth visit because we are 5 hours away. I sent Dr. Lowenstein everything from the prior 6 years. His staff was amazing (shout out to Victor)! He confirmed her diagnosis and told us she had a 94 degree curve in her spine with the normal person's curve being 40 degrees. We went forward with an 8 hour surgery and every step of that day was nerve wracking, but we were met with the most amazing team we could have hoped for. The OR staff, PICU staff and Ped's staff could not have done anything to make us feel more at ease and comfortable while we were away from home. My daughter is 6 months post surgery and feels better than she ever has since she this all started. She is pain free with a 44 degree curve and 2 inches taller!! She leaves for college this coming fall and we can send her knowing she will focus on studies and fun instead of any pain in her back. Dr. Lowenstein changed her life and ours as well. He is our hero among the medical field and deserves all the accolades that come his way. Thank you does not seem enough so I hope this review helps the team understand how grateful we are. I'd been scheduled for this scan by my primary care physician during my annual checkup exam, so I didn't see what Yelp had to say about Florham Park beforehand. Boy was I surprised when I looked online and saw all the 1-Stars and testimonials (!!!) Because of the timing, there was no backing out or way for me to schedule somewhere else. So I went in this morning with some trepidation. Fortunately I had a good patient experience overall. For imaging, I would definitely come back to the Florham Park location again (140 Park Ave Building). Pros: ** Easy to drive there off of Columbia Turnpike. It's close to FDU -Florham. ** Nice campus. It's huge with more than ample parking and even covered parking structures for bad weather ** Imaging department is located as soon as you enter the main entrance doors of 140. It will be to your left. ** The waiting room is nice and they had HGTV playing on the TV ** The woman at Registration was polite, friendly, and informative ** The technician who performed my scan was professional, knowledgeable, and patient with explaining to me what would happen (which I really appreciate) ** The facilities once you enter past the registration area, equipment, and rooms looked good to me. There's a hallway with blue flowers painted on the walls, and on the ceiling above the machine there are images of the sky and flowers (so you can focus on those and relax while you are being x-rayed). Cons: ** So far, none... It's too early for the results and billing didn't happen yet. Hopefully the results will be uploaded to the portal in a timely fashion (in contrast to a fellow Yelper's review from last month). I don't know if that's a Summit Health computer system thing or human error though. We'll see what happens. Again, I would definitely come back to the Florham Park location (140 Park Ave) in the future for imaging services.

I went for an MRI of my left hip on 9/3/26. Today I tried to get my results but did not reach…read moreanyone. I called three times and was prompted to get my results. Three times I went back to the start and was in a loop. I then went to another call where when I finally got to a voicemail I couldn't leave a message because it said the mailbox was full , this is 3:00 in the afternoon. No number to call a supervisor, nothing. I went to the Clifton, NJ location for an MRI and I had my report by the time I got home which takes 15 minutes. This was at the 150 Park Ave location in Florham Park. Do not get MRI here. Horrible service The woman that did the MRI , Evette was excellent. The follow up horrible.
