I'm not opposed to hearing opinions but this seemed super inappropriate for an office worker to give medical counsel over the phone. Unfortunately (or fortunately as the case may be) I needed to cancel it. Called again today and to be honest running once again into the extremely cavalier attitude of the schedule person... I just didn't even reschedule it. You can tell they RUN that office and politeness is just not a priority. Whoever picks up the phone this seems unnecessarily unpleasant- and like they get a rise out of telling people there are no appointments. I have wonderful insurance - I don't need to go somewhere like this. There are plenty of other derm offices.

I blindly choose this office and I give them the highest praise possible. Not only is my problem resolved on the first visit ,but the doctor and her staff have been incredible. The office should also have followed up, but only wanted to blame quest, who completed and sent results promptly. I wouldn't go back to this office if they paid me!!

This is a solo practice where they work hard to make sure a patient doesn't wait for their scheduled appointment. So unlike the other dermatology practices in the area that feel like factories with waiting rooms overflowing with people long overdue for their appointments. The staff at Dermatology Associates is always warm, welcoming, and professional. They are extremely helpful and pleasant. What a nice feeling to walk into this office! I feel so grateful that this is my doctor. His expertise in identifying my misdiagnosed condition saved my life. And how many people can actually say that about any of their doctors?!
