I spent MONTHS trying to get answers from the office and the billing department, leaving messages and getting nowhere. No callbacks, no accountability, no help whatsoever. The entire experience feels dishonest and incredibly unprofessional. Patients should not have to jump through hoops because of their office's incompetence or lack of transparency. At 12:00n I asked the receptionist how much longer; she checked and came back and put me in a room (I'm sure that was to appease me) by 12:15p I went back to the receptionist and she said one doctor and 2 medical assistants were having problems with a patient (screaming child) and someone would be with me to tell me how much longer. 12:30p I hear someone (a nurse or doctor) go to another room next to me, apologized to them and never came in to see me to at least tell me I was next.
