Prices are also quite reasonable for what you get. The only gripe I have (and the only reason for not giving five stars) is that there isn't a credit card machine - they take credit cards via smartphone swipe device, but today my therapist couldn't get hers to work right. Fortunately I had my checkbook, so it was minor annoyance, but if I hadn't... yeah. Also, they are by appointment only, so if you are hoping for a walk-in, you are probably out of luck. If you "like" them on Facebook, the massage therapists will often post about special deals. Very cool! I will be back as often as I can afford it!

Bright lights, and the music is louder than I would prefer, but it may not bother others. The nail tech was nice but they should let the customers decide if they want to talk or not and let them lead. People go to a spa to relax, not to be quizzed about their life. Customers will feel pressured to talk, as not to seem unfriendly. Leave people be unless it seems like they are feeling chatty. I had also requested no scents and no music if possible, and they did not even mention it, definitely used scented prodcuts. If they could not accommodate, that is fine, but what is the purpose of the notes if no one pays attention to it? The pedicure itself was mostly good except that body scrub should not be used on dry skin because it is painful. And even though I am a good tipper, I agree with what someone else said about the auto-gratuity. For what they charge, it should not be necessary for them to pay their staff well all on their own. Overall, just ok.

They listen to all of your wants and needs while balancing what is best for your hair. Roula was able to nail what I was wanting from my hair color in one appt when my previous stylist couldn't after more attempts than I can count. They nuture you as the client but it's also very evident they do the same to their staff. I really cannot express what a great environment it is...Im soooo grateful to have found them.

Due to Covid restrictions, Willow aren't currently allowed to serve any drinks or snacks, but they allow guests to bring their own treats to enjoy. The management coordinated with me to provide a mani/pedi for the ladies and to call me for payment so the birthday girls didn't have to worry about payment at all. At the end of the day, Ally gushed to me about how wonderful and relaxing it was. Willow nailed it. The only thing that didn't go great is that the specific nail treatment didn't last as well as expected, but the management made it right. They gave Ally a free touch up and shellack and they reimbursed me for Emily's mani. I will gladly use them again.

You can use the sauna for an hour, but they expressed most people end up using it for about half an hour and turns out we are like most people. After enjoying the sauna we received a tour of the spa and a breakdown of each service. They explained the different packages they have so you can save money if you want to do more than one self-spa session. Staff was friendly, spa has a relaxing atmosphere and the sauna was rejuvenating. For hours we were both so relaxed and saying we really needed the sauna session. We are very glad we came by.
