I had also requested no scents and no music if possible, and they did not even mention it, definitely used scented prodcuts. If they could not accommodate, that is fine, but what is the purpose of the notes if no one pays attention to it? The pedicure itself was mostly good except that body scrub should not be used on dry skin because it is painful. And even though I am a good tipper, I agree with what someone else said about the auto-gratuity. For what they charge, it should not be necessary for them to pay their staff well all on their own. They listen to all of your wants and needs while balancing what is best for your hair. Due to Covid restrictions, Willow aren't currently allowed to serve any drinks or snacks, but they allow guests to bring their own treats to enjoy. The management coordinated with me to provide a mani/pedi for the ladies and to call me for payment so the birthday girls didn't have to worry about payment at all. At the end of the day, Ally gushed to me about how wonderful and relaxing it was. Willow nailed it. The only thing that didn't go great is that the specific nail treatment didn't last as well as expected, but the management made it right. They gave Ally a free touch up and shellack and they reimbursed me for Emily's mani. I will gladly use them again.

After enjoying the sauna we received a tour of the spa and a breakdown of each service. They explained the different packages they have so you can save money if you want to do more than one self-spa session. Staff was friendly, spa has a relaxing atmosphere and the sauna was rejuvenating. For hours we were both so relaxed and saying we really needed the sauna session. We are very glad we came by.

Once you're done, instead of astringent, they give you rose water. So you leave brows snatched smelling like roses!
