My husband and I came by Revive on May 1st for a sauna session, which is $35 and you can have two people in the sauna for that set price. You can use the sauna for an hour, but they expressed most people end up using it for about half an hour and turns out we are like most people. After enjoying the sauna we received a tour of the spa and a breakdown of each service. They explained the different packages they have so you can save money if you want to do more than one self-spa session. Staff was friendly, spa has a relaxing atmosphere and the sauna was rejuvenating. For hours we were both so relaxed and saying we really needed the sauna session. We are very glad we came by. read more

First positives: the staff is so nice and welcoming. Love seeing their smiling faces. However the spa lacks in cleanliness and updates. Sauna panels are dirty, tanning bed builds are out and beds are dirty. Spending lots for health but the facility's equipment needs updating and clean. The concept is great. read more

Wonderful spa with many offerings. I did the hydration system - which was awesome! So relaxing and prepared my skin for the spray tan. It was mu first spray tan in many years, so I was a bit hesitant. But it came out perfectly and I have an appointment to do the same two things this week! Amazing my last review the owner only responded to the salt spa but nothing else. The truth is it's hard to get a time, the operational hours are not that favorable, the salt bed is uncomfortable, the infrared sauna fluctuates like crazy. Its a in and out service not a spa. Just disappointed Next time try to answer all of the thread and focus on your business not others. The salt cave is much more friendly and open space. The fact is your spa needs a lot of love and attention to be a "spa". You should call it an in and out service spa for regeneration. That's all it is. "Deep tissue" massage was the lightest touch I've ever experienced. Hot stones not used correctly. Left feeling stressed instead of relaxed. No locker room. No shower or changing area. No spa amenities (no shower!?) to accompany a $160 service...We don't mind paying that price but come on! Much better options in this area. What a waste of money. Nothing was explained on the phone. "Cash incentive" listed on the website is not being charged 4.95% if you use cash instead of a card. What!?! So you want me to pay $8 to use a credit card on a $160 service? I had been dealing with terrible acne during the pandemic, partially due to wearing a mask all day and sitting in my own breath (gross) and partially from increased stress. I had tried all the things that have worked for me in the past and a couple new face treatments without much improvement. I decided to try the Lumiere facial which has significantly cleared up my skin, even after 1 treatment! I subscribed for a membership to the self spa facilities and I've tried them all now. They are all amazing! I cannot recommend this enough for people looking for some self-care. I haven't yet used the float tanks, massages, or facials but I can't wait to try them in the future! As an added bonus, the staff is absolutely great. read more

Came in here to get a spray tan for my wedding. The woman was nice and it seemed like a good tan at first, but after it settled in I was pretty orange and splotchy on my legs and around my feet. I also wore white all weekend for various events and the tan rubbed off on ALL of my clothes for several days...tee shirts, wedding dress, Sunday brunch dress. It's also fading very weird and I have weird orange splotches on my hands and arms. I originally thought it was expensive, which is annoying but I was willing to pay it for the convenience of getting it done in St. Joe, but after seeing the quality I would recommend going out of town for spray tan needs. read more

I suffer from a major form of PTSD from an explosion in 2015. Floating has been my godsend, but Nikki at Revive has taken it one step better. After I float I am able to live symptom free for a while, something I was beginning to believe I would never do again. A few sessions ago, Nikki introduced me to their massage chair, my goodness. My sister and I both received facials by Jonathon that were amazing - you can tell he is very passionate about his profession and knows what he is doing. I feel like I look 10 years younger! They offer soo many services which i can't wait to try. I called to make an appointment for waxing and they had room that same day. Before my appointment they called and said they were running ahead of schedule and could see me about 15 minutes before my original appointment which was a plus. Jonathan was amazing and I felt really comfortable with him. He was very knowledgeable about skin care and sent me home with a lot of samples of my favorite skin care brand - Naturopathica. Overall a great experience! Friendly and knowledgable staff. I went in on a Thursday evening for a spray tan and needed to make it last until the end of the weekend. The staff helped me find products that would help extend the life of my tan for a reasonable price then helped me understand how to use them appropriately in order to do so. My color came out exactly as I was hoping after a shower and I'm confident will look good for the next several days. Especially with my use of the products. I prefer a lighter tan so I'm hoping by my event in 3 days it will still be plenty dark for my taste and won't require much maintenance however it's nice to know I've got the option to darken up if I choose to or to fix any spots that may appear after a couple showers. read more

I have been going to this spa for several years now and I can honestly say I enjoy myself each time I am there. I have used or tried almost all of their available services, and I particularly love the sauna, red light, tanning, and the float tank. Revive has moved to 313 Main St. St. Joseph, MI 49085, which is really a very beautiful new building. I went in on Thursday and went into to Float Tank. You are in there for at least 1 hour. This was my first time to ever try a Float Tank. When I can out I have not been so relaxed in such a very long time. Nancy, Jonathan and the rest of the crew are some of the greatest people I have ever seen. They all make you feel like you are part of a very large family. You don't have to worry about if they have a clean place because you can tell by the entire place and atmosphere that they take real pride in their place of business, and work. I have been a customer for almost five years and really enjoy myself. I have fibromyalgia and I can only tell how I feel after a visit, which is always so much better.
