After months of spending thousands of dollars getting spa treatments, once a week blowouts with their $60 hair treatment, and on top of that getting my hair colored every six weeks, she treated me like dog sh*t. Apparently she likes to nickel and dime people. Even their loyal customers. When I first got my blowouts, I had asked the stylist to just touch up my ends with the straightening iron. No full head straightening. She was not charging me an extra $30 to do that. None of the stylists were. Because simply they weren't straightening my whole head. Week after a week I would pay the same amount of money for my blowout, unless I got an expensive treatment added on. Well, one day the front desk manager decides to charge me for my blowout an extra I believe $30. I explained to her what I've been getting and what I have been paying. She basically told me that the hairstylists need to be fired. I was wrong. They were wrong and she was right. She didn't even recognize me from when I come in EVERY week. That in itself , was pathetic. It's not about the money for me because obviously I was spending a lot of money at the spa. It was the whole principle of the matter. The fact that she was trying to get that little extra money from me after I told her I've been paying a certain amount of money every week, so sorta threw me for a loop. And the fact that she kept on saying that she was going to fire the hairstylists. I thought that was very unprofessional. Honestly, I think the owner of the spa needs to look into this because she just lost a loyal customer for the business. I know there are a lot of competition around. I just went to another spa and they actually include straightening in their blowouts. Same price. Even though I wasn't even getting my hair totally straightened. I was getting a blowout with touchups with a straightening iron because my hair flips up when I get a blowout. She didn't end up charging me that day, but she said going forward she was gonna charge me. Well obviously, there's no going forward because I canceled all my coloring appointments. The only one that loses is the hairstylists in the situation. But I'm not going to be nickel and dimed by an entitled , control freak of a front desk manager. I took my business elsewhere. Oh, by the way, I did call them and talk to them about my issue with this. I was told a manager would call me back. It's been two weeks now and nobody has reached out.

I talked with Mechele the ENTIRE time and it was like hanging out with a friend! The pedicure station was very atypical but so cool - I was put in an anti gravity chair so my toes would be up high! I felt SO rested afterwards. She did an amazing job and I am definitely going back again! One note - it took me a while to find the place because the sign out front is for another business. She was upset she could not work on my body in order to do more to fix me. As it is today, I do not feel like I need surgery now. The relief is so profound. The muscle tension has abated and the spasms have retreated. I know there are structural problems in my neck and lumbar spines, but with this type of treatment, drugs and surgery begone! After completing a medical form I was sent upstairs to a private room. Stephanie came in and went over what I was wanting to happen at this session. She is very calming and explained everything before she proceeded with the needles (which did not hurt). I was more relaxed but overall I did not notice a big change after the session. However, the next morning I woke up and did NOT have that awful sick feeling in my stomach from chemo. It was completely gone!! My stress level was way down and I had slept so much better. I have continued my treatment even though my chemo treatment has ended to help relieve my neuropathy in my hands and feet. I wish more cancer patients took advantage of this wonderful treatment.

It gave a welcoming vibe from the start in my opinion. I read the menu they had at the counter to see what I wanted to do. I ended up choosing from the IV Cocktails section first and went with the Hydrate. This one was $99 and it was a hydration boost with normal saline. I was sure hoping it would leave me refreshed! I also chose from the Injectables section and went with Glutathione. This one was $30 and it was a good Antioxidant. Before I was able to start my IV, I had to have my vitals taken. I was impressed by that precaution. It was a smooth process to get me started and I was quickly taken in a cozy room to start my treatment. The chair was comfortable. I was given a warm blanket and a pillow! I was checked on frequently, so that was relieving. The drip took about an hour. I enjoyed it! After the drip, I was given the Glutathione. It was quick and it wasn't too painful. I think it was worth it. The customer service was excellent here. I felt comfortable and at ease during my visit. The professionalism was very evident! Instead of the link being sent to me we see that they have my number down as a 313 area code instead of a 312 area code. Dumb mistake, but you don't compound the mistake by canceling the appointment. So I had been waiting all week for the massage because I had some pretty bad neck pain and so now I am sitting outside writing my review. The woman at the front is a rather young girl who did not know how to really handle the situation and all she says is "well I can book you for Saturday or Friday. Opps no, Saturday is filled sorry. What about a shorter massage on Friday?" I said, sorry and left. No offer to account for my wasted time or effort to be where I said I would be in advance, sorta blows my afternoon.
