Your reply is full of false claims. The wine was clearly promoted by your employee to all the…read morecustomers in line at $8.99, then rung up at a higher price. That's deceptive, not a "favor." Forcing customers to buy a full case of wine just to take a photo with the celebrity was also never disclosed in advance--another dishonest practice. Trying to dismiss my experience because you "served 500 customers" doesn't erase the fact that you misled people. A negative review isn't "wrong," it's the truth. Own your actions instead of gaslighting customers.

Then lied and said he threw it away and it was under a bunch of trash when I asked to see it. He told me it was Jay, and proceeded to ask me if I also wanted his Drivers License and S.S #. I'll continue to shop at Binny's. The customer service there is top tier.
