We hired Liquid Catering for our 130 person wedding in April of 2026. From the start, they were extremely responsive and helpful in their communications when we had questions or requests. Their pricing was very competitive, even for upgrading to higher-end alcohol. We were able to have three specialty cocktails, and they accommodated our request for specific upgraded garnishes for a very low price. They even helped us design and print custom menus for these cocktails with our dogs' sketches on them. They only charged $15 total for this!! They were one of the few vendors who didn't seem to charge us an arm and a leg and have massive upcharges and fees just because this was a wedding. Their pricing was fair and transparent. They were flexible when we wanted them to serve wines that were off their list -- they would either serve it if we ordered it/provided it or offered to order it themselves and handle all the logistics. Again, their prices for doing this seemed to be comparable to if we handled the logistics ourselves, so of course we went with having them order, bring, and serve, the wines we requested. We got to keep all the extra bottles at the end too. They accidentally took these bottles with them at the end of the night, which was no big deal at all since there was so many moving pieces. When we asked them if they might have accidentally taken any bottles with them they were extremely apologetic and had someone deliver all the leftover bottles to our doorstep within 24 hours. Day of wedding, our guests were so happy with their service. Everyone we've talked to said the drinks were strong and delicious. The bartenders were super friendly and the guests had a blast with them. 10/10 would recommend for any event and would use them again in the future. read more

If I could give them more than five stars, I would. I hired them for my son's bar mitzvah, as the organization I work for uses them frequently. From the first interaction to the last, they were extraordinarily professional, responsive and CLEAR. Phenomenal customer service. When I wanted to try one of the wines we were considering and couldn't find it in stores, Dawn had someone deliver a bottle to my home at no charge. The docs they sent were completely transparent about what was and wasn't included, what drinks could and could not be returned, etc. On the day of the event, the bartender, Blake, was warm and friendly and set just the right tone. Dawn was super helpful from day 1 getting us a quote, then happily updating it many times up until the week of our wedding. She was always extremely friendly and prompt. Hands down the best and easiest vendor to work with! Liquid Catering made our wedding night! The bar was spectacular and our bartenders -- JaMaal & Avery -- were amazing! They were truly two of the nicest people and really made the night for us and our guests. So sweet, so excited with such great energy the entire night, and amazingly efficient and accommodating (when one of the bartenders overheard my now-husband mention that he spilled his drink while dancing, he made him an old fashioned in an emptied beer bottle so that it wouldn't spill - so thoughtful!). Not only were all of the drinks themselves made perfectly (so many people came up to me specifically to comment on the drinks' quality) but they were made so quickly. I don't think anyone ever felt like they had to wait around at the bar for the bartenders to take care of them. They kept the party going all night! And Allison Schraiber, our event coordinator from Liquid Catering, specifically was such a true joy to work with! Don't tell my other vendors, but she was my favorite to communicate with during my entire wedding planning process. Always responded to my emails right away, so accommodating, so sweet and personable, and I really felt like she was excited for our event. We used liquid catering for a backyard event in Chatsworth earlier this month with about 60 guests. We didn't have a bartender and chose to have the alcohol self-serve. Liquid Catering rented us a couple of chilling tubs and a bunch of ice and we set up our alcohol station on our own. They had a nice selection of craft beer and local wines. We also went with the margarita batched cocktails which were a hit (and pretty strong too!). read more

We used a liquor package from Liquid Catering for our wedding and were very pleased with the results. What drew us to LC was their low-waste approach, in which unopened bottles are collected by the vendor and did not get billed to us. This actually lowered the cost of our ticket substantially, and we put some of that savings toward higher shelf alcohol. Overall, we found that the higher shelf drinks were the ideal price point in the context of our overall wedding expenses, and the guests were happier (and more pleasantly buzzed) for this choice. And all of this includes someone who picks up the unused liquor at the end of the night, plus disposing of the empties, so we didn't have to worry about anything liquor-related at all after the wedding. My husband and I are not big drinkers so we really relied on her expertise in picking the wine, beer, and the specialty drinks (including the non-alcoholic one for the kids which my daughter said was a big hit). At the event the bartenders were perfect and all of the drinks were just as we had wanted. Lastly but also as importantly, they are very honest. When we got the final charge (after the deposit) it was less than we thought because not all of the bottles were opened.
